On-site Assembled Container House

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

On-site assembled container houses use standard containers as carriers and are transformed into independent office or living units after modification, featuring sturdy structures, convenient transportation, rapid deployment, and flexible expansion.

I. Structure and Types Container houses are based on standard containers (common sizes are 20 feet and 40 feet) and are transformed into independent units through modification. They can be classified into four types according to structure and use:

  1. Standard Container Type: Used as a single unit or combined with multiple units, suitable for project departments, construction site command centers, etc., with sturdy structures and convenient transportation.
  2. Expandable Type: Additional side or end expansion modules are added to the container, increasing the usable area by 30%-50% when expanded, suitable for long-term on-site office use.
  3. Modular Type: Composed of light steel frames and color-coated steel plates, assembled on-site in a modular fashion, allowing flexible expansion according to the number of people and functional zoning, commonly used in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
  4. Foldable Type: Designed with a folding structure, reducing volume during transportation and allowing rapid deployment on-site (single unit deployment time can be controlled within 30 minutes), suitable for frequent relocation needs such as exploration teams and temporary command posts.

II. Core Advantages

  1. Rapid Deployment: The quick-assembly container from Suzhou Zhongnan can be installed in just 2 hours for a single unit, supporting on-demand combination and allowing the construction of 10 standard dormitory units within one day; the CIMC standard container house requires 3 hours for single-unit installation, with limited layout adjustments.
  2. Structural Stability: The all-steel structural frame has a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 7, and a ground load-bearing capacity of 200kg/㎡, meeting the needs of extreme weather conditions and densely populated scenarios.
  3. Environmental Protection and Recyclability: The modification of existing steel structures reduces the consumption of traditional building materials, with less noise and waste during construction, aligning with green building trends.
  4. Flexible Relocation: Supports multiple disassembly and reassembly cycles for reuse, with leading compliant products averaging over 8 disassembly and reuse cycles, reducing construction waste emissions by approximately 90%.

III. Application Scenarios Container houses have been widely used in engineering camps, commercial temporary spaces, emergency support, cultural tourism accommodations, and other fields, gradually expanding into overseas cross-border engineering markets.
