Odorless Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026

Odorless mobile toilets can be achieved through various technologies, with the core principles being the optimization of waste treatment methods, enhanced ventilation, or the use of special materials to block odor diffusion. They can be categorized into the following types:

Eco-Friendly Toilets

These toilets utilize a microcomputer control system in conjunction with sensors to automatically separate and treat waste. Solid waste is decomposed by composite microorganisms into gases, while urine is treated to meet reclaimed water standards and is then recycled for toilet flushing or landscaping. The entire process requires no water flushing, achieving a degradation rate of 97% and eliminating odor generation at the source. These toilets are suitable for arid or water-scarce regions and do not require regular emptying.

Waterless Flush Eco-Toilets

  1. Waterless Packaging Type: These toilets use biodegradable film bags to automatically package and seal waste through mechanical devices, preventing contact with air and thus blocking odor leakage.
  2. Waterless Biological Treatment for Fertilizer Production Type: Microorganisms in biochemical reactors are used to degrade feces, fermenting them into humic organic fertilizer. Treated urine is used as liquid fertilizer, with the entire process producing no odors.
  3. Waterless Flushable Type: Urine is collected through a urine-feces separator and treated with special agents to produce an odorless, light blue liquid used for flushing. Feces mixed with the flushing liquid turn into an odorless, pulp-like fluid, reducing odor residue.

Water-Saving Eco-Toilets

  1. Foam Sealing Type: Foam generated by foaming agents replaces water for flushing. The foam covers the waste surface, forming a seal that inhibits odor diffusion and achieving a water-saving rate of over 90%.
  2. Vacuum Suction Type: These toilets utilize the air pressure difference between the toilet bowl and the sewage pipe to rapidly suck fecal sewage into a storage device, consuming only 0.5-1 liters of water. The negative pressure environment in the pipes prevents odor backflow.

Recirculating Water Flush Eco-Toilets

  1. Biological Treatment Type: Through electrocatalytic reactions, organic matter in feces and urine is converted into carbon dioxide and water. The treated clean water is recycled for toilet flushing or landscaping, with solar power enabling a closed-loop water cycle and no odor emissions.
  2. Membrane Separation Type: Membrane technology is used to separate the supernatant from feces and urine, producing clean water for reuse. Feces are fermented to produce organic fertilizer, with the membrane's physical interception effectively removing odor substances.

Smart Public Toilet Systems

These systems integrate a microcomputer control system with intelligent odor removal modules, automatically detecting toilet users through sensors and triggering lighting, ventilation, and other operations. The ventilation system can quickly expel odor gases, with some models equipped with photocatalyst or activated carbon filtration devices for further air purification.
