Demolition of Prefabricated Panel Houses in Ningwu County

When prefabricated panel houses in Ningwu County are demolished, the owners are entitled to corresponding compensation, which mainly includes compensation for the value of the expropriated houses, relocation and temporary resettlement, as well as losses from business interruption (if applicable).

I. Compensation for the Value of Expropriated Houses According to the Regulation on the Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land and Compensation, for expropriated prefabricated panel houses, the compensation for their value shall not be lower than the market price of similar real estate in the area at the time of the announcement of the house expropriation decision. If the expropriated persons choose the method of house property exchange, before the delivery of the exchanged property, the house expropriation department shall also pay temporary resettlement fees to the expropriated persons or provide them with transitional housing to meet their basic living needs.

III. Compensation for Losses from Business Interruption Due to House Expropriation (if applicable) If the prefabricated panel houses are used for commercial purposes, such as shops or factories, and business interruption losses occur due to expropriation, the expropriated persons are also entitled to corresponding compensation for losses from business interruption. This compensation aims to make up for the economic losses such as business interruption and reduced income suffered by the expropriated persons due to expropriation.

In addition, the People's Government of Ningwu County has issued relevant implementation plans and announcements on expropriation and demolition compensation and has conducted policy publicity and public hearings through multiple channels to ensure that the expropriated persons can fully understand the policy content and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
