Ning'an Container House Construction

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The construction of container houses in Ning'an City needs to follow standardized procedures, covering planning, construction, modification, installation, and quality control, as detailed below:

I. Preliminary Planning and Design

Determine the size, quantity, and layout of the container bodies based on usage requirements. For example, residential houses require planning functional areas such as bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. At the same time, it is essential to strictly adhere to local building codes, with a focus on load-bearing, fire prevention, thermal insulation, and earthquake resistance requirements. For instance, in Ning'an City, where winters are cold, it is recommended to control the thickness of the insulation layer between 50mm and 100mm to reduce energy consumption. If located in an earthquake zone, reinforced frame structures should be adopted to enhance earthquake resistance.

II. Foundation Construction and Container Modification

The depth of foundation construction should be determined based on the depth of the permafrost layer (generally not less than 0.5 meters), using strip foundations or independent foundations, and embedding anchor bolts. The container modification process involves three core tasks:

  1. Rust Removal and Corrosion Prevention: Sandblast the exterior of the container body to remove rust, focusing on corner fittings and welds, and apply anti-rust primer and topcoat;
  2. Hole Cutting and Reinforcement: Cut door and window openings according to design drawings, and reinforce the surrounding areas of the openings with square steel or channel steel to prevent deformation;
  3. Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing: Install rock wool or polystyrene board insulation layers inside, apply waterproof coatings on the exterior, and set up drainage slopes on the roof.

III. Lifting, Fixing, and System Installation

Use a truck crane with a capacity of over 25 tons to lift the container bodies to the foundation, hang them onto the corner fitting holes using special lifting tools, and tighten the corner fittings with the embedded bolts using nuts after positioning. Inside, lay water and electricity pipelines (it is recommended to use flame-retardant wires and PPR pipes), install wall materials that meet fire safety standards (such as gypsum boards), and equip with security doors and broken bridge aluminum windows. Key points of quality control: Welds must undergo non-destructive testing, and the finished products must undergo overall waterproof testing and load-bearing verification before leaving the factory.

IV. Purchase and Construction Recommendations

Prioritize manufacturers that provide complete material certificates and factory inspection reports, and verify details such as wall sealing strips and drainage slopes. If disassembly and relocation are required, choose bolt-connected joints instead of fully welded structures. Some factories in Ning'an City offer customized services, allowing adjustments to container size and interior decoration levels according to needs, suitable for rural self-built houses or commercial supporting facilities.
