New Type Simple Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The new type simple mobile toilet mainly has two production methods: using a water storage bucket and using a water storage tank with a pallet.

Production Using a Water Storage Bucket

First, prepare a household water storage bucket and use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise. Next, fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to facilitate the mobility of the toilet. Take wooden strips and secure them to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase height. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage bucket, install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame, and then insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create elevated walls. Place the upper half of the water storage bucket on top of the wooden strips as a roof. To enhance aesthetics, paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic bucket and install direct connectors, then place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect the bath heater made from water pipes, install a tee under the inlet pipe, and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet on the drain pipe opening, install the water tank properly, and secure it with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink. Drill a hole in the door and install a connector.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet and place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body to the corresponding size to form a doorway. Drill a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and cut into a water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and then cut off the excess water pipe. Place the toilet over the drain opening and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall buckle and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws under the faucet, connect a water pipe to the pipe cap, and cut an opening as the outlet for the drain pipe. Apply glass glue to the pipe cap and secure a sink made from a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a shower bracket. Install a toilet seat and a spray-type showerhead made from a water pipe. Finally, bring wooden boards, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden boards to form a door. Install a door handle on the door.
