The installation diagram of the new type container house covers the installation steps and key points of various types of container houses. The following introduces two common types: assembled and foldable:

Installation of Assembled Container House

• Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
• Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams, and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams should be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
• Floor Laying: Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction. Cut the corners of the base plates with pre-drilled holes at both ends according to the chalk lines. Mark the center line of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and align the joints with the center line of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks, and fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm. Finally, sand the entire floor, especially the board joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, lay the floor covering after 10 - 15 minutes, expel the air, and if possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering.

Installation of Foldable Container House

• Preparation Work: Non-workers should stay away from the installation area and check the stability of the steel wire ropes.
• Frame Unfolding: Lift the main frame steadily and unfold it, and place support rods in the middle of the container body to keep it stable.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the fastening screws.
• Overall Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
