New Energy Container House Design

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The design of new energy container houses requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including energy utilization, spatial layout, lighting and insulation, as well as post-maintenance. Here are the specific design points:

Energy System Design The core of a new energy container house is to build an independent and green energy unit. Photovoltaic modules can be installed on the roof, paired with energy storage batteries to achieve solar power supply and energy storage, meeting the demands for heating in winter, cooling in summer, and daily electricity consumption. For example, in the case of a 6-meter container residence, a combination of solar panels and wind turbines ensures all-day battery charging, forming a stable energy supply system. The design of energy storage containers should focus on liquid cooling systems, battery management systems, and fire protection, lighting, and thermal management. The electrical system should be precisely calculated and selected according to the power of the equipment to avoid overloading or energy waste and ensure the stable operation of the energy storage function.

Spatial and Functional Layout Container houses can expand functional areas through splicing or staggered stacking. For instance, using 2-3 containers for splicing can divide the space into independent areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens; staggered stacking can create a duplex structure, enhancing the sense of spatial hierarchy. Multi-functional furniture, such as foldable tables and chairs and built-in storage cabinets, should be selected internally to improve space flexibility. In the case of a 6-meter container residence, through reasonable planning of the internal layout, complete living facilities are achieved within the limited space.

Lighting and Insulation Treatment For lighting, large floor-to-ceiling windows, roof skylights, and glass partitions can be installed to introduce natural light and reduce the need for artificial lighting. Insulation treatment should be carried out from three aspects: walls, roofs, and doors and windows. Inner insulation layers should be set on walls and roofs, using efficient insulation materials such as polyurethane foam boards. Doors and windows should adopt a triple-glazed structure with inert gas filled in the middle to reduce heat conduction efficiency. In a comfortable mini-residence plan, by wrapping the exterior with thermal insulation materials, conducting internal insulation treatment, and installing energy-saving windows, the insulation performance of the house is effectively improved.

External Environment and Maintenance The exterior facade can be beautified, such as by painting with environmentally friendly coatings or installing wooden decorative panels to enhance the visual effect. Containers should be elevated on pile foundations to avoid direct contact with the ground and prevent moisture and pest damage. Post-maintenance should focus on rust and corrosion prevention. During the construction phase, cut and welded edges should be polished and painted. Weld seams and other parts should be inspected annually, and the repainting cycle should be determined according to the regional humidity. The sealing胶 (sealing glue) around doors and windows should be replaced regularly, and fallen leaves on the roof should be cleared to prevent water accumulation and rusting.
