Nanhui Mobile Toilet Inspection

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Nanhui should be based on the general inspection standards and testing methods for mobile toilets, covering various aspects such as equipment quality, performance, safety, and functionality. Details are as follows:

I. Inspection Standards

  1. Equipment Quality: The equipment must be brand new and unused, fully complying with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding technical documents. The materials and quantities used must be consistent with those in the bidding documents.
  2. Service Life and Performance: Under conditions of correct installation, use, and maintenance, the equipment must maintain stable performance throughout its service life to meet long-term usage requirements.
  3. Compliance: Steel structure welding must comply with the JGJ81 standard, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments must meet the requirements of GB50212. The overall wind resistance should be no less than Level 10, the earthquake resistance should be no less than Level 8, and the service life should be no less than 10 years.

II. Testing Methods

  1. Supervision and On-Site Testing
    • The purchaser may send personnel to supervise the manufacturing process or conduct pre-acceptance inspections before shipment to ensure compliance with equipment production standards.
    • After the equipment arrives on-site, the project leader and the using unit shall jointly conduct an unpacking inspection, verify the supply list, and explain operational details.
  2. Operational Testing
    • After installation and commissioning, a trial run assessment must be conducted. The equipment is considered qualified only if it operates without faults and is confirmed by the using unit.
  3. Appearance and Decorative Quality Inspection
    • Visual Inspection: The appearance, interior decoration, sanitary ware, and标识 (signage) must be complete and effective. The decorative layer should be flat without depressions, firmly attached, with sealed joints and no leakage, and the floor should be flat without water accumulation.
    • Dimension Measurement: The error between the appearance and internal dimensions and the design drawings should be ≤5mm.
  4. Sealing and Waterproof Testing
    • Exterior Wall Water Spray Test: Use a 0.1MPa pressure water spray gun to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes. After stopping for 1 hour, check for leakage.
    • Tank Sealing: Fill the tank with water and let it stand for more than 1 hour to check for leakage in the storage tank, fecal tank, and water supply and drainage pipelines. Test the toilet fixture's blocking action time (≤3 seconds) to confirm its self-cleaning and odor-proof functions.
  5. Wind Resistance Test
    • Conduct a thrust test according to the conditions specified in GB/T50212 to verify the overall structural stability and anti-overturning capability.

III. Key Points for Daily Maintenance Regular inspections should be conducted on the appearance and structure (door locks, handles), water supply and drainage system (water tanks, pipelines), sanitary facilities (toilets, washbasins), ventilation system (exhaust fans), electrical system (lighting, sockets), and deodorization devices to ensure normal functionality and no safety hazards.
