Movable Modular Container House

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

A movable modular container house is a modular building form manufactured using special container panels and processes, featuring mobility, safety, durability, sound insulation, and heat insulation.

I. Core Characteristics

  1. Mobility and Rapid Assembly: During transportation, its volume can be compressed to less than 50% of the original volume, facilitating maritime or land transportation. On-site, it can be quickly assembled through modular connections, reducing the maritime transportation cost of a single house by nearly 40%. For example, the container mobile houses purchased by foreigners from China are assembled on-site after being transported in parts.
  2. Safety and Durability: The main structure is made of steel frames, which are wind-resistant (withstanding winds of up to Level 11), earthquake-resistant (withstanding earthquakes of up to Level 8), and corrosion-resistant. The design life is 20 - 30 years, and the structural life can reach 70 years. The fire resistance limit meets Class A standards, and the sound insulation and shock absorption technologies comply with national building sound insulation standards, especially enhancing sound insulation in the frequency range of 250 - 1000Hz, which is sensitive to the human ear.
  3. Sound Insulation and Heat Insulation Performance: Efficient heat insulation is achieved through air-gap thermal insulation design, special fillers, and ventilation interlayers, reducing the indoor temperature by 5 - 8℃. The walls are equipped with one-way breathable layers, creating a natural ventilation 'breathing' function to avoid stuffiness.

II. Environmental Protection and Economy

  1. Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction: Construction energy consumption is reduced by 65% - 90%, and the water consumption for dry construction is only 10% of that of traditional construction. 90% of the building materials can be recycled, forming a pollution-free recycling system.
  2. Space Utilization: Modular layout increases the usable area inside the house by 10%, and it supports stacking for use, adapting to the space requirements of different scenarios.

III. Application Scenarios

  1. Domestic Market: Mainly used as temporary buildings, it is widely applied in construction sites, rail transit, and other fields. The proportion of light steel structure modular houses is increasing year by year.
  2. International Market: It is gradually transforming into permanent buildings, covering scenarios such as business offices and tourist villas. Some products are customized to adapt to extreme climates (e.g., the roof can bear 1.5 meters of snow, and the snow load can be designed separately according to climatic conditions).

IV. Type Expansion
In addition to standard container houses, it also includes quick-assembly container houses, modular houses, and other types, all of which have the characteristics of being detachable, movable, and exportable, meeting the needs of global applications.
