Monolithic Mobile Toilet Materials

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The materials used in monolithic mobile toilets vary depending on different components and design requirements. Common materials are as follows:

Main frame: Metal materials are the mainstream, including high-strength steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Steel is often used in scenarios that require high structural stability due to its robustness and strong load-bearing capacity. Aluminum alloy is suitable for environments that require frequent movement or are humid, thanks to its lightweight nature and excellent anti-rust properties. Stainless steel combines corrosion resistance and high strength, offering a long service life, but its relatively high cost makes it more commonly used in high-end or long-term fixed installations.

Toilet exterior shell: Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or engineering plastics (such as PP and ABS) are commonly used. FRP is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and strong, with a mature molding process that can meet complex design requirements. Engineering plastics have good impact resistance and thermal insulation properties, making them suitable for use in cold regions. Additionally, their low processing costs facilitate large-scale production.

Wall materials: Environmentally friendly composite panels are widely used, such as melamine-impregnated paper laminated panels, PVC panels, or recyclable regenerated panels. These materials are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant, with low formaldehyde emissions that meet environmental standards. Among them, melamine panels have high surface hardness and are scratch-resistant; PVC panels have excellent moisture resistance and are suitable for high-humidity environments; regenerated panels are made from recycled materials, reducing resource consumption.

Internal facilities: Squat toilets/sit toilets are mainly made of ceramic or engineering plastics. Ceramic materials have a smooth surface that is easy to clean but are fragile and heavy. Plastic materials are lightweight and impact-resistant, with low costs, but have poor heat resistance. The flushing system often uses PVC pipes, combined with pressure flushing or foot-operated flushing methods to ensure water conservation and easy operation. Internal wall panels commonly use moisture-resistant or composite panels, with a recommended thickness of ≥12mm to prevent deformation due to humidity changes.

Floor and decoration materials: These materials focus on slip resistance and ease of cleaning. The floor often uses environmentally friendly resins, marble-patterned panels, or natural stone. Among them, environmentally friendly resins have excellent slip resistance and can be customized with patterns; marble-patterned panels are aesthetically pleasing and durable; natural stone enhances the overall texture. Some products use bamboo and wood for decoration, reducing the use of chemical coatings and aligning more with environmental protection concepts.

Special designs: Waterless mobile toilets are equipped with biodegradable environmental bags for feces collection. These materials can decompose in the natural environment, reducing environmental pollution, and are suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas.
