Modular Mobile Toilet
A modular mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers. The following is an introduction from three aspects: composition, classification, and examples:

I. Composition
A modular mobile toilet generally consists of parts such as a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of the mobile toilet, such as the collection and treatment of fecal sewage, provision of toilet space, and ensuring hygiene conditions.
II. Classification
- By structural form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single structure is relatively simple and independent, suitable for places with limited space or low structural requirements; the composite structure is more complex and may combine multiple functional areas to meet more complex usage needs.
- By moving method: It is divided into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. Lifting and handling-type mobile toilets usually require external equipment for movement and are suitable for scenarios with low moving frequency; powered and towed-type mobile toilets have their own power or can be towed for movement, making them more flexible and convenient for places that require frequent movement.
- By sewage treatment method: It is divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flush mobile toilets recycle the flushing water to save water resources; dry-packing mobile toilets pack the feces for treatment without using water, making them suitable for water-scarce areas.
III. Examples
For example, the Apple Cabin toilet, which covers an area of 30 square meters, adopts a galvanized frame structure as a whole. Its exterior walls use wood-grain metal carved panels, which are both heat-insulating and heat-preserving. There are two arc-shaped translucent windows in front of the toilet, providing good lighting. It also has a public washing area and a management area. In addition, there are cases where plastic buckets are creatively transformed into multi-functional mobile toilets. Through a series of operations such as installing universal wheels, making door frame structures, and assembling pipes, the functions of a mobile toilet are achieved.
