Modular MIC Prefabricated Concrete Building Mold

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

The modular MIC prefabricated concrete building mold includes two types: traditional molds and concrete structure MiC system molds, each with its own characteristics.

Traditional molds for modular concrete products are heavy-duty equipment, consisting of outer molds and inner lining molds. Functionally, they can pour concrete into five-sided box structures, meeting certain building component forming requirements. However, these traditional molds have significant limitations, with the most prominent issue being their high cost. The elevated mold expenses increase the overall investment in construction projects, limiting their large-scale application to some extent, especially in projects that are sensitive to costs.

Concrete structure MiC system molds, on the other hand, offer numerous advantages. In terms of materials and production methods, they support flexible production with steel and aluminum molds, where aluminum alloy and steel templates are easy to assemble and disassemble. This feature enables rapid assembly and disassembly during use, greatly improving construction efficiency, reducing construction time, and consequently lowering labor and time costs.

From an application perspective, this system is specifically developed for permanent buildings, particularly suitable for super high-rise buildings of 40 stories or more. It employs concrete frame or shear wall structures, incorporating advanced technologies such as corrugated pipe connections, grout sleeves, and semi-prefabricated wall connections. The application of these advanced technologies enables the integrated prefabrication of the main structure, decoration, and water and electricity facilities, with a high prefabrication rate. Integrated prefabrication not only enhances the quality and precision of the building but also reduces the number of processes and steps in on-site construction, facilitating the assurance of construction quality and progress.

Additionally, the process flow of the concrete structure MiC system includes a mold design phase. Reasonable mold design is crucial for ensuring the quality and production efficiency of prefabricated components. By carefully designing the molds, it is possible to better meet the shape and size requirements of different building components, further improving the applicability and versatility of the molds.
