Mobile Toilet with Insulation

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The design of the mobile toilet with insulation achieves efficient thermal insulation through a multi-layer structure, material optimization, and intelligent systems. The specific functions are as follows:

1. Basic Insulation Structure

The mobile toilet adopts a double-layer wall design, with an outer layer of color-coated steel plate, an inner layer of fireproof board, and a 5cm filling of polyurethane foam or rock wool in between. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.024W/(m·K), providing three times better insulation performance than traditional materials. The doors and windows are equipped with EPDM rubber sealing strips, and the ventilation openings are upgraded to temperature-controlled louver devices, reducing heat loss by over 60%. The drainage system uses expanded perlite to fill the trap and wraps the pipes with a 50mm-thick insulation layer, forming a three-dimensional insulation system to prevent pipe freezing in low temperatures.

2. Wall and Material Optimization

Some products use deep wood-grain metal carved panels, which combine thermal insulation with corrosion resistance, offering 65% better insulation performance than brick-and-mortar structures. The wall interior is designed according to the Insulation 4+ standard, and the entrance door is made of thickened titanium-magnesium alloy, further blocking heat transfer. Multiple layers of panels and insulation materials are used in combination to ensure stable internal temperatures even in extreme cold.

3. Pipe Anti-Freezing Technology

The pipes are wrapped with self-regulating heating cables (8W/M power) and equipped with an intelligent temperature control box that automatically activates heating when the temperature drops below 5°C. An aluminum foil heat conduction layer ensures that a total power of 75W is sufficient to maintain the pipe surface temperature above 5°C in environments as cold as -15°C. All pipelines are covered with rubber insulation sleeves, and critical joints such as valves are layered with double insulation materials to completely eliminate the risk of freezing and cracking.

4. Active Heating Systems

  1. Electric Heating Solution: PTC ceramic heating plates are installed on the walls of the toilet area, raising the temperature by 15°C in 5 minutes, with the surface temperature controlled below 60°C to avoid scalding risks. The air conditioning system is paired with a temperature sensor for automatic constant temperature control.
  2. Fuel-Powered Hot Air System: A 30,000kcal/h fuel-powered hot air blower evenly distributes air through ducts, raising the temperature of a 5㎡ space by 15°C within 30 minutes, suitable for extreme weather below -20°C.
  3. Municipal Heat Source Utilization: Scenic spots with access can connect to a centralized heating system, using radiators for continuous and stable heating while reducing energy costs.

5. Innovation and Intelligent Control

The system utilizes 50-60°C hot air generated by the oxygen-increasing fan of the treatment equipment to preheat the water, reducing energy waste. The intelligent control system integrates temperature sensing, power adjustment, and fault alarm functions, enabling 24-hour unattended operation. It continuously monitors and adjusts heating strategies to ensure safety and efficiency.
