Mobile Toilet Window Size
There is no clear and unified standard for the window size of mobile toilets, but reasonable settings can be made by referring to the common specifications and design principles of windows in ordinary bathrooms. Details are as follows:

I. Common Size Ranges The width of windows in ordinary bathrooms is usually between 60 and 90 centimeters, and the height is between 80 and 140 centimeters. Common combinations are rectangular shapes of 60×90 centimeters or 90×140 centimeters. Some designs control the length between 0.6 meters and 0.9 meters and the width between 0.9 meters and 1.4 meters. For rural outdoor bathrooms, the window height may be increased to 1.5 meters to 2 meters, and the width is about 1 meter to adapt to larger spaces and ventilation requirements. The window size of mobile toilets can be flexibly adjusted within this range, but it needs to be combined with the actual usage scenario and structural limitations.
II. Core Design Principles
- Area Ratio: The window area should account for 10% to 15% of the total bathroom area to ensure sufficient natural lighting. If the space in the mobile toilet is small, the window size can be appropriately reduced, but excessive compression should be avoided to prevent insufficient light.
- Ventilation Effect: When there is a single window opening, the depth of the bathroom should not exceed twice the height of the window. For example, if the window height is 1 meter, it is recommended that the bathroom depth not exceed 2 meters; otherwise, it may affect the air circulation efficiency. If the mobile toilet uses a mechanical ventilation system, this limitation can be appropriately relaxed.
- Privacy Protection: The height of the windowsill from the ground should be no less than 1 meter to prevent direct external views. If the mobile toilet is used in public places, frosted glass or film treatment can be selected to further enhance privacy.
III. Adjustments for Special Scenarios If the mobile toilet is deployed in high-temperature and high-humidity areas, the window size can be appropriately increased to enhance ventilation; if it is used in high-altitude or cold areas, the window should be reduced and double-glazed glass should be used to reduce heat loss. In addition, the window shape (such as curved or square) and opening method (casement or sliding) should also be selected according to the structural stability of the mobile toilet to avoid rain leakage or damage due to improper design.
