Mobile Toilet Wind Prevention Fixing Methods
Mobile toilet wind prevention fixing methods mainly include five aspects: foundation fixing, external structure reinforcement, door and window treatment, temporary reinforcement measures, and regular inspection and maintenance.

Foundation Fixing: Select a site that avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or areas directly exposed to strong winds. Prioritize flat areas with hard ground. If the ground is soft, lay crushed stone or steel plates to increase stability. Install fixed ballast at the bottom of the public toilet, such as sandbags or water bags, placing at least 4 - 6 bags on each side. Adjust the weight according to the size of the public toilet, generally not less than 50 kilograms per square meter. After the equipment is in place, use professional ground anchors for fixation. Enhance the bottom stability through expansion screws or ballast sandbags. It is recommended to equip each unit with 4 fixing points. For hard ground, a combination of screw anchors, ground piles, or sandbags can be used. For soft ground, increase the number of anchor points and supplement with sandbags or weight pieces to enhance the stability of the chassis.
External Structure Reinforcement: Set ground anchors at the four corners or key stress points of the public toilet. Connect the ground anchors to the top of the public toilet with steel wires with a diameter of more than 5mm to form a triangular tension structure, keeping the tension ropes moderately tight. Install wind-resistant guy wires at the connection points. Set diagonal tension ropes at the top of the equipment to form triangular supports with the ground fixing points. Choose a sturdy frame and high-quality wall materials, such as steel structures or reinforced plastics as the main frame materials. Use high-strength, corrosion-resistant panels for the exterior walls to ensure that the connection points are firm.
Door and Window Treatment: Check whether the door and window sealing strips are aging and replace damaged parts in a timely manner. Ensure that the locks are secure when closing the doors and windows, and fill the gaps with windproof strips. In case of a strong wind warning, install windproof baffles on the inside of the doors to reduce the impact of wind pressure on the main body of the public toilet.
Temporary Reinforcement Measures: Before the arrival of extreme weather such as typhoons, fix movable components such as washbasins and shelves in advance to avoid damage caused by shaking. At the same time, install windproof brackets on the sides of the public toilet. Weld steel pipes into diagonal bracing structures to enhance wind resistance.
Regular Inspection and Maintenance: During the rental period, check whether the fixing bolts are loose and whether the ballast has shifted every week. Pay attention to the smoothness of the drainage holes in the rainy season to avoid an increase in weight due to water accumulation, which may lead to imbalance. Conduct a structural integrity inspection before and after each use to ensure that the wind prevention system is in good condition.
