Mobile Toilet Wind Prevention Fixing
Mobile toilet wind prevention fixing can be achieved through measures such as foundation fixing, external structure reinforcement, door and window sealing, temporary reinforcement, daily inspection and maintenance, and emergency response.

Foundation Fixing
Choose a location that avoids areas directly exposed to strong winds. If the ground is soft, lay crushed stones or steel plates. Install fixed ballast at the bottom of the public toilet, such as sandbags or water bags, placing at least 4 - 6 bags on each side. Adjust the weight to be no less than 50 kilograms per square meter. After the equipment is in place, use professional ground anchors for fixing. Enhance the bottom stability through expansion screws or ballast sandbags. It is recommended to equip each unit with 4 fixing points. Some large connected public toilets are also directly fixed to the ground with anchor bolts to ensure stability when the wind force does not exceed Level 8.External Structure Reinforcement
Set up ground anchors at the four corners or key stress points of the public toilet, fix them with expansion screws or concrete pouring, and connect the ground anchors to the top with steel wires with a diameter of more than 5mm to form a triangular tension structure. The tension ropes should be moderately tightened and equipped with spring clips for easy adjustment. At the same time, set up diagonal tension ropes at the top of the equipment to form triangular supports with the ground fixing points, further dispersing the impact of wind forces.Door and Window Sealing
Regularly inspect the door and window sealing strips and promptly replace aging or damaged parts. When closing doors and windows, ensure that the locks are tightly engaged and fill the gaps with windproof sealing strips. In case of strong wind warnings, install windproof baffles on the inner side of the doors to reduce the impact of wind pressure on the main body.Temporary Reinforcement
Before the arrival of extreme weather such as typhoons, fix movable components such as washbasins and storage racks to prevent damage from shaking. Install windproof brackets on the sides of the public toilet and weld steel pipes into diagonal bracing structures to enhance wind resistance. At the same time, reinforce exposed pipelines, close ventilation openings, and cover the top of the equipment with windproof covers if necessary.Daily Inspection and Maintenance
During the rental period, check weekly whether the fixing bolts are loose and whether the ballast has shifted. In the rainy season, ensure that the drainage holes are unobstructed to avoid imbalance caused by water accumulation. Check the structural integrity before and after each use, focusing on whether there is rust or looseness at the connections such as screws and hinges. Before renting, confirm that the equipment has no rust or loose parts to ensure that the wind prevention system is in good condition.Emergency Response
In case of sudden strong winds, immediately evacuate the surrounding personnel, cut off the power supply, and temporarily fix the equipment. The lessor should provide 24-hour technical support and arrive at the scene for inspection within 1 hour after receiving a danger notification to avoid secondary disasters.
