Mobile Toilet Water Tank Installation Process
Currently, there is no specific description tailored for the installation process of mobile toilet water tanks, but it can be roughly operated by referring to the installation steps of hidden water tanks for smart toilets, while noting that some parameters may not be applicable to mobile toilets. Here are the specific installation steps and related instructions:
Inlet Valve Installation:
Before installation, handle the inlet valve first. Insert the head of the inlet valve to the left and then swing it to the right to make it fit the installation position. Align the inlet valve clip with the slot on the mounting plate and lift the slot upwards. At this point, the inlet valve will start to take in water. Then, adjust the inlet valve to align with the water outlet, push the inlet valve upwards along the slot until it is in place, and finally rotate and tighten the nut to ensure that the inlet valve is firmly installed and prevent water leakage.
Drain Valve Installation:
After rotating the nut counterclockwise, place the drain valve towards the drain outlet. Slide the sleeve on the drain valve into the slot of the drain valve, align the slot, and then rotate it to the right and tighten it. Pull the half-flush lever upwards, place the drain valve at the drain outlet, and press it down until it is in place, ensuring a tight fit between the drain valve and the drain outlet. The drain valve lever has two holes, which need to be aligned with the two posts on the drain valve for installation to ensure the normal operation of the drain valve.
Subsequent Debugging and Installation:
After installing the drain valve, open the regulating valve and the water inlet valve to check the water inlet situation of the water tank, ensuring there is no water leakage and the water inlet is normal. Then, install the bracket. Lift the drain valve upwards so that the lever engages with the bracket lever, align the holes of the bracket with the holes on the mounting plate, and press them inwards to complete the installation of the bracket. When installing the water tank cover plate, align its two protrusions with the two slots on the bracket and press them inwards to ensure the cover plate is firmly installed. Finally, install the panel mounting plate and lock it with a fixing rod to complete the installation of the entire water tank.
Precautions:
It is mentioned that the intermediate distance in the installation demonstration of the hidden water tank for wall-mounted toilets is 135MM, but this parameter may not be applicable to the installation of mobile toilet water tanks. When installing a mobile toilet water tank, it is necessary to reasonably determine the installation positions and spacing of the various components of the water tank according to the actual structure and space of the mobile toilet to ensure that the water tank can operate normally after installation and does not affect the overall functionality of the mobile toilet.
