Mobile Toilet Water-saving Device

Quản trị 06 tháng 10, 2026

The water-saving devices for mobile toilets mainly include intelligent induction toilet water-saving devices and foam-sealing water-saving toilet fixtures.

Intelligent induction toilet water-saving devices are water-saving equipment specifically designed for public restrooms. Their core components include infrared induction detectors, microcomputer program controllers, and low-voltage direct-current solenoid valves. The infrared induction detectors continuously monitor human activity. When someone enters the sensing range, the microcomputer program controller immediately activates the low-voltage direct-current solenoid valve to trigger the flushing action. When the person leaves, the system automatically shuts off the water, achieving an intelligent control mode of 'flush when occupied, stop when unoccupied'. This non-contact operation not only reduces the risk of cross-infection but also dynamically adjusts the flushing volume through the microcomputer program controller based on usage frequency—increasing the flushing volume during peak times and reducing it during low-usage periods, with a water-saving efficiency of up to 30%-90%. Some models incorporate siphon-type water tank designs, using water level changes to trigger automatic flushing cycles, further optimizing water resource utilization. These devices are primarily used in fixed public places such as schools, stations, and shopping malls, but their modular design and low-voltage characteristics (usually using 12V DC power) allow them to be adapted for the power supply and space requirements of mobile toilets after appropriate modifications.

Foam-sealing water-saving toilet fixtures achieve water-saving and odor control through physical sealing technology. Taking stainless steel foam-sealing squat toilets as an example, their working principle involves injecting a foaming agent into the toilet bowl and forming a dense foam layer through compressed air to cover the surface of the excreta. The foam layer effectively blocks odor diffusion, reduces sewage splashing, and lowers the water demand for flushing. For instance, the foam-sealing stainless steel foam-sealing squat toilets produced by Botou Sanlong Railway Vehicle Fittings Factory and the eco-toilet water-saving stainless steel deodorizing squat pit toilets provided by Beijing Anbangjie Technology Development Co., Ltd. all adopt this technology. The water-saving advantage of these fixtures lies in the fact that traditional water-flushing toilets require 6-12 liters of water per flush, while foam-sealing types only need 0.5-1 liter of water to replenish the foam liquid or for occasional flushing, achieving a water-saving rate of over 90%. Additionally, the biological enzyme components in the foam agent can accelerate the decomposition of excreta, reducing odor production, making them particularly suitable for mobile toilet scenarios with limited water resources or sewage disposal conditions.
