Mobile Toilet Water and Electricity Installation Tutorial

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The water and electricity installation tutorial for water-circulating mobile toilets is as follows:

Pre-installation Preparations

  • Site Survey and Location Selection: Conduct a detailed site survey. Prioritize areas with flat terrain and solid, stable soil, which are conducive to the stable placement of the toilet and sewage management. At the same time, assess whether the site has access to electricity, as the water circulation treatment system relies on electric power. Avoid low-lying areas prone to waterlogging to prevent equipment from being submerged. Also, consider the pedestrian flow patterns and estimated usage frequency of the location to determine the appropriate equipment model and the load capacity of the treatment system.
  • Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Carry out foundation construction according to the size and weight of the mobile toilet. Common foundation types include concrete foundations, pre-fabricated cement slabs, or reinforced crushed stone ground. Their purpose is to distribute the load and prevent uneven settlement of the toilet. The ground must be level to ensure full contact between the toilet cabinet and the ground without any suspension, which is crucial for the long-term structural safety of the toilet.
  • Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Before installation, carefully check all components against the equipment list to ensure they are complete and in good condition. Focus on inspecting core components such as the water circulation treatment host, water storage tank, toilet fixtures, pipes, wires, and control panels for any damage or missing parts that may have occurred during transportation. Also, confirm that the installation drawings are complete and accurate and familiarize yourself with the connection relationships between the components.

Main Body Installation and Pipe Connection

  • Cabinet Positioning and Fixing: Use appropriate lifting or handling equipment to steadily hoist the toilet cabinet onto the pre-prepared foundation. The positioning process should be slow and steady to avoid violent collisions between the cabinet structure and the foundation. After positioning, use a spirit level to measure the cabinet's levelness in multiple directions. Adjust promptly if there is any tilt. Once confirmed as level, use anchor bolts, wind-resistant fixing straps, or other anchoring methods according to design requirements and site conditions to reliably connect the cabinet to the foundation, preventing movement or overturning due to external forces (such as wind).
  • Water Circulation System Host Installation: The water circulation treatment host is the core of the system. Install it at the designated location according to technical requirements, usually in a pre-reserved equipment room inside the cabinet or on a specific base below the cabinet. Ensure the host is placed steadily and leave sufficient space around it for operation and maintenance work. The installation environment of the host should be well-ventilated and avoid extremely humid or high-temperature conditions.
  • Pipe System Connection: When connecting the water inlet pipe, reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet's water inlet valve and water storage tank. An filter is usually required at the water inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system, clogging the pipes, or damaging the water pump. After connection, check the tightness of all interfaces to ensure there is no leakage. For the internal circulation pipe connection, follow the flow chart to correctly connect the pipes between the toilet fixtures, collection tank, water circulation treatment host, and the purified water tank.
