Mobile Toilet Wall Materials

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

There are various wall materials for mobile toilets, commonly including sandwich panels, high-density PVC panels or stainless steel panels, 304 stainless steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), artificial quartz stone, phenolic resin panels, color-coated steel panels, polyester fiber panels, metal carved panels, Yingde exterior wall integrated panels, and Wan'an exterior wall integrated panels, among others.

Sandwich panels feature color-coated steel or aluminum panels on both sides with a core of polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam. They offer excellent thermal insulation and are lightweight, providing good temperature retention for mobile toilets.

High-density PVC panels or stainless steel panels are often used for interior walls. They have smooth surfaces that are resistant to dirt buildup and can be easily cleaned with a simple rinse, facilitating daily maintenance.

304 stainless steel has a yield strength of ≥205MPa and a tensile strength of ≥520MPa. It exhibits good corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding erosion from water and chemicals in humid environments, making it suitable as a wall material for mobile toilets.

FRP uses glass fibers and their products as reinforcing materials and synthetic resins as the matrix material. It has high strength, with a bending strength exceeding 100MPa, and good resistance to various chemicals, adapting well to the complex chemical environment inside toilets.

Artificial quartz stone has a hardness of up to 7 on the Mohs scale and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa. It is highly resistant to stains and chemicals, and its seamless splicing feature gives it significant advantages in mobile toilet applications.

Phenolic resin panels have high mechanical strength, with an impact strength exceeding 10kJ/m². They are chemically stable and can remain stable in acidic or alkaline toilet environments, serving as wall decorative materials.

Color-coated steel panels, such as those with polyurethane foam sandwiched between two color-coated steel sheets, have a yield strength of ≥235MPa for the steel panels. The polyurethane foam provides thermal insulation and some moisture resistance, resulting in a high overall structural strength and corrosion resistance.

Polyester fiber panels have high strength, with a static bending strength of ≥30MPa. They are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and insect-resistant, capable of withstanding moisture and microbial erosion in toilet environments, making them suitable as interior wall materials.

Metal carved panels are available from manufacturers for mobile toilet exterior wall decoration. They are thermal insulation decorative panels, available in types such as polyurethane and fireproof panels. Yingde and Wan'an exterior wall integrated panels are export-oriented brick-patterned decorative materials supplied by manufacturers for mobile toilet wall panels, with on-site factory inspections available, offering waterproofing and thermal insulation.
