Mobile Toilet Vehicle
The mobile toilet vehicle is a vehicle specifically designed for sanitation and other scenarios. There are various brands, such as Chengli, Dongfeng, and Sinotruk. The following takes the Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example for introduction.
Chassis and Power
The vehicle adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis. Its engine power reaches 257kW, which is superior to the 220kW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires to enhance driving stability and wear resistance. The double-door integrated cab design takes into account both practicality and comfort.
Superstructure Structure and Materials
The main body of the superstructure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards. The walls adopt a frame + polyurethane filling structure, ensuring a stable overall framework. The top of the vehicle body is paved with non-slip patterned aluminum plates to enhance safety. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, with pre-embedded reinforcements at the openings and load-bearing parts to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle body. All gaps are filled with silicone for good sealing performance.
Toilet Functional Zones
The vehicle body can meet the simultaneous use needs of 8 people, with a separate design for men and women. The male area is equipped with 3 urinals, and the female area has 6 vacuum-suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel) and 2 sit toilets, catering to different usage habits. The toilet compartments are separated by honeycomb aluminum partitions, and each compartment is equipped with an independent lighting lamp, a coat hook, and an exhaust fan to ensure privacy and ventilation.
Equipment Configuration
- Air Conditioning and Ventilation: One 1.5P air conditioner is installed in each of the male and female areas. An electric exhaust fan is installed at the top of the toilet area, and additional exhaust fans are configured in the compartments to form a multi-level ventilation system.
- Water Tanks and Sewage Disposal: It is equipped with 3 water tanks, with a gray water tank capacity of 500L. A general control cabinet is installed inside the vehicle body, integrating voltmeters, ammeters, sensors, etc. It is also equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5kW for quick sewage disposal.
- Auxiliary Facilities: The sink area is equipped with 2 independent faucets, a half-length mirror, a hand soap dispenser, and a tissue box. The generator adopts a silent design and can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. Warning lights are installed on the roof and tail of the vehicle, and it is equipped with a 10-meter-deep sewage disposal pipe.
