Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The urinal equipped in mobile toilets is a fixed-type urinal specifically designed for men, applied in specific customized scenarios, and comes in various types and structural features.

Application Scenarios of Urinals in Mobile Toilets

Some customized mobile toilets are equipped with urinals. For example, a customer has customized a special mobile toilet exclusively for men, with a public hand-washing area designed in the toilet compartment and the urinal set up independently. This design fully considers the needs of male users, improving usage efficiency and convenience. There are also customized Apple Pod mobile toilets, with two small urinals designed inside. This compact design is suitable for mobile toilet environments with relatively limited space, meeting basic usage functions within the limited space.

Material and Production of Urinals

Urinals are usually made by firing inorganic materials such as clay at high temperatures. This production process makes urinals sturdy, durable, and smooth on the surface, making them easy to clean. The high-temperature firing process makes the internal structure of the material denser, reducing the attachment of stains and bacteria, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the restroom, and also extending the service life of the urinal.

Classification of Urinals

  • By Structure: They can be classified into flush-type and siphon-type. Flush-type urinals use the force of water flow to flush away urine, with a relatively simple structure and lower cost; siphon-type urinals, on the other hand, use the siphon principle to create negative pressure during drainage, quickly sucking away urine, with advantages such as fast drainage speed and low noise.
  • By Usage Method: There are push-button type, sensor type, covered type, floor-standing type, wall-mounted type, toilet-seat type, and mobile type, etc. The push-button type requires users to manually press the flush button; the sensor type automatically senses the user's departure and flushes using infrared and other sensing technologies, being more hygienic and convenient; the covered type can be covered when not in use to reduce odor emission; the floor-standing urinal is placed directly on the ground; the wall-mounted type is installed on the wall, saving space; the toilet-seat type urinal combines some design features of toilet seats to provide a more comfortable user experience; the mobile type urinal is easy to move and install, suitable for temporary places such as mobile toilets.
