Mobile Toilet Treatment Solutions

Quản trị 07 tháng 10, 2026

Mobile toilet treatment solutions mainly include the following methods:

Flush and Non-flush Suction Types: Flush-type mobile toilets are equipped with flushing devices, and the sewage tank is located at the bottom of the toilet. Excrement is flushed into the sewage tank through water. Non-flush toilets, on the other hand, do not have flushing devices, and excrement directly falls into the bottom sewage tank. The sewage tank capacities of these two types of mobile toilets are relatively small. When the number of users reaches a specified amount, timely suction treatment is required to prevent the sewage tank from overflowing.

Recirculating Flush Type: This type of mobile toilet is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices for fecal sewage, and biological strains are added. Using biofilm technology, the fermentation and decomposition process of fecal sewage is accelerated. Then, the treated sewage is recycled through a filtration device for flushing the toilet. This method can effectively reduce the number of suction operations, conserve water resources, and is suitable for places with water shortages or high environmental protection requirements.

Dry Packaging Type: Dry packaging mobile toilets do not have flushing devices. Excrement is received by biodegradable plastic bags at the lower part of the sanitary fixtures. Each time a person uses the toilet, the system automatically replaces the plastic bag to ensure hygiene and convenience. After use, these plastic bags are collected and transported to a treatment plant for disposal. This method does not require water flushing at all and is suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary events.

Foam Sealing Type: Foam sealing mobile toilets use foam generated by a foaming liquid mixture to replace traditional toilet flushing. The foam can cover the inner side of the toilet bowl, effectively preventing the emission of odors. This system only relies on collected hand-washing water to meet the water demand for foam generation, thus maximizing water conservation.

Microbial Type: Microbial mobile toilets automatically open the toilet bowl to send excrement into a solid-liquid separation device. Urine is filtered and enters a comprehensive urine treatment system, where it is treated into reclaimed water for flushing the urinal. Feces are separated and enter a fermentation tank for decomposition under the action of microbial strains. This method achieves the resource utilization of excrement and reduces environmental pollution.

Regular Suction and Centralized Treatment: For feces and sewage collected in the sewage tank, when a certain capacity is reached, professional personnel will perform suction. The suctioned feces and sewage will be transported to a specialized treatment center for harmless treatment and can be converted into organic fertilizers or used for other resource recycling purposes.
