Mobile Toilet
A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole, providing temporary or periodic toilet services to the public. It has the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport.

Composition of Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, and other parts. These components work together to ensure the normal operation of the mobile toilet and provide basic toilet conditions for users.
Classification of Mobile Toilets
- By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure type is relatively simple and suitable for small-scale use; the composite-structure type is more complex and has more complete functions, suitable for places with a large flow of people.
- By moving method: They can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Hoisting and handling mobile toilets mainly rely on human or simple machinery for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets are equipped with power devices or towing devices, making movement more convenient.
- By sewage treatment method: They can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flushing mobile toilets reduce water consumption by recycling water resources; dry-packing mobile toilets package and treat fecal sewage without using water.
Characteristics and Advantages of Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets can be conveniently transported to any place where toilets need to be installed and can be used repeatedly. They originated from people's temporary and periodic toilet needs in specific situations. Due to the shortage and unreasonable layout of urban public toilets, the government installs mobile public toilets in areas where it is relatively difficult to build fixed public toilets to make up for the shortage of public toilet supply and unreasonable layout.
Design Principles of Mobile Toilets
The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of being mobile and convenient, economical and durable; environmentally friendly and beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be considered lightweight, and lightweight and durable materials should be used as much as possible; the structure should be sturdy; the height and width of the toilet should also be considered during design; the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
