Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. Environmentally friendly mobile toilets are a special type that use eco-friendly technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling.

Composition and Classification of Mobile Toilets

Mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. According to their structural forms, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Based on their mobility methods, they can be classified as hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets. According to sewage treatment methods, they can be categorized as water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets.

Technical Solutions and Scenarios of Environmentally Friendly Mobile Toilets

Environmentally friendly mobile toilets encompass eco-friendly technical solutions such as waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. The waterless flushing solution can operate without connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, while the water flushing solution requires connection to water supply and drainage pipes for normal use. The products also adopt technologies such as rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary toilet flushing with hand-washing water to achieve water conservation. Their product lines cover细分场景 (细分场景 can be translated as 'niche scenarios' or specified further based on context, here kept as is for now pending more context) such as temporary toilets on construction sites, scenic area and garden toilets, and vehicle-mounted toilets. Some products are equipped with intelligent systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps.

Structure and Applicable Environments of Environmentally Friendly Mobile Toilets

Environmentally friendly mobile toilets are composed of a frame structure welded from steel. Generally, the bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns are made of square steel. Wall materials, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood, are installed on the wall framework. The frame structure meets hoisting requirements, facilitating mobility and installation. They can operate normally within a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C, with a working voltage of 220V. They are widely used in various temporary venues, including entertainment performances, sports events, opening ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions, and mass gatherings, as well as outdoor locations such as gardens, tourist attractions, parks, campsites, construction and decoration sites, and temporary factories.
