Self-Rescue Methods for Tipped Mobile Toilets
If a mobile toilet tips over, follow these steps for self-rescue:

I. Attempt Physical Escape Methods
Unlock the door and push it with your feet
If the door of the mobile toilet is not completely stuck when it tips over, first try to unlock the door lock, then use both feet to push against the door and upwards. This action can use the lever principle to lift other parts of the toilet, keeping the door in contact with the ground while tilting the entire structure backward, creating space for escape.Use inertia to change the toilet's direction
If the first method is ineffective, forcefully push yourself against one of the walls. The collision between your body and the wall generates inertia, which may tilt the toilet in a direction favorable for escape, thereby enlarging the opening of the door or gap.Escape by damaging the structure (last resort)
If the first two methods fail, repeatedly kick the weak points where the roof meets the walls. The connection points of mobile toilets are usually of lower strength, and continuous kicking may damage the structure, creating an escape route. Be careful to control the force to avoid secondary injuries caused by sudden structural collapse.
II. Contact the outside world for help promptly
Prioritize contacting relatives, friends, or venue managers
Regardless of the self-rescue measures taken, contact the outside world via your mobile phone immediately. If you are in a public place (such as a shopping mall or scenic spot), prioritize calling the building's property management or security phone to explain your trapped location and the type of toilet (such as mobile or temporary).Call emergency rescue numbers in urgent situations
If you cannot contact acquaintances or venue managers, directly dial 110 or 119. During the call, clearly provide the following information:
- Specific address: including street name, house number, or nearby landmarks;
- Toilet type: such as mobile or container-style, to help rescuers prepare tools;
- Duration of being trapped: to assist rescuers in assessing the risk level.
III. Precautions
- Stay calm: After tipping over, the toilet may have limited space and poor air circulation. Avoid excessive physical exertion due to panic.
- Avoid forcibly pulling the door frame: If the door is stuck, forcibly pulling may damage the lock or cause finger injuries. Prioritize trying other methods.
- Maintain communication while waiting for rescue: If the mobile phone signal is weak, move to a position near a window or door and redial the rescue number periodically to update the situation.
