Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

Common thickened materials for mobile toilets include fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), 304 stainless steel, and steel structural shells, each with distinct characteristics suitable for different scenarios.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) is one of the commonly used thickened materials for mobile toilets. FRP mobile toilets are made of thickened materials and support customization, meeting the personalized needs of different venues. This material offers advantages such as lightweight yet high strength, corrosion resistance, and anti-aging properties, making it suitable for various settings including scenic spots, parks, and outdoor areas. In high-traffic scenic spots, the durability and stability of FRP mobile toilets are fully demonstrated, and their appearance can be designed according to the characteristics of the scenic spot to harmonize with the surrounding environment.

304 stainless steel is also a high-quality thickened material. In some toilet renovation projects, mobile toilets with 304 stainless steel front-row squat toilets and integrated thickened panels are used. 304 stainless steel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, capable of withstanding significant pressure and impact. The integrated design makes the toilet structure more stable, reducing the likelihood of water leakage and enhancing safety and comfort during use.

Steel structural shells are another option for thickened materials in mobile toilets. In environments such as construction sites in Urumqi, it is recommended to choose mobile toilets with thickened FRP or steel structural shells. Steel structural shells offer high strength and rigidity, capable of resisting external impacts and damage, adapting to windy or dusty weather conditions. Additionally, mobile toilets with steel structural shells can undergo anti-rust treatment to further extend their service life. Moreover, steel structural shells can be disassembled and assembled as needed, facilitating transportation and installation, making them suitable for temporary venues such as construction sites.
