Supporting Facilities for Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026
The supporting facilities for mobile toilets can be divided into six categories based on functional requirements, covering sanitation, environmental control, special scenario adaptation, and safety assistance. The specific configurations are as follows:

1. Basic Sanitation Facilities
- Main Structure and Compartments: Modular design is adopted, with materials primarily consisting of corrosion-resistant metals (such as aluminum alloy) or eco-friendly composite materials (such as HDPE). Independent compartments, door latches, and hooks are equipped to ensure privacy.
- Handwashing System: Standard configurations include water-saving handwashing basins, sensor faucets, soap dispensers, and paper towel holders. High-end models feature dual-temperature (hot and cold) faucets to meet seasonal needs.
- Sanitary Ware: Toilets are mainly ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with some made of stainless steel, paired with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves. Handwashing basins are mostly ceramic or stainless steel, approximately 30-40 centimeters wide for easy cleaning.
2. Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation System: Standard low-noise exhaust fans (20-50 watts) with dual exhaust design achieve 10-15 air changes per hour, effectively reducing odors.
- Lighting System: Energy-saving LED lights (5-15 watts) are used, with some models equipped with emergency lights or motion sensors to reduce energy consumption and enhance safety.
- Temperature Control System: Insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers are installed in cold regions; ventilation skylights or small air conditioners are added in hot regions to adapt to extreme climates.
3. Special Scenario Expansion Configurations
- Accessibility Facilities: Wheelchair access is reserved, equipped with handrails and low-height handwashing basins (height ≤ 80 cm), suitable for public places such as scenic spots and squares.
- Mother-and-Baby Room Functions: Baby changing tables, bottle warmer sockets, and privacy curtains are added to meet the special needs of large events such as music festivals and exhibitions.
- Deodorization and Sewage Disposal: Basic models are equipped with activated carbon deodorization devices, while high-end models use photocatalytic technology. Sewage disposal designs comply with environmental standards, with some models featuring leak-proof collection tanks (capacity 200-500 liters).
4. Practical Auxiliary Facilities
- External Signage: “Male” and “Female” signs are marked, with customizable regional cultural elements. Guidance signs or QR codes are set up at entrances to enhance user experience.
- Emergency and Safety: Emergency call buttons, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers are installed inside, while anti-slip steps and handrails are set up outside to reduce accident risks.
- Additional Services: Some rental companies offer value-added services such as scheduled cleaning and free toilet paper replenishment to reduce maintenance costs for users.
5. Structure and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Safety door locks are installed inside, with “Occupied/Vacant” indicator locks or LED displays outside to prevent accidental entry.
- Materials and Flooring: Wall panels are made of HDPE, fiberglass, or color-coated steel, while floors are anti-slip or fiberglass grating to ensure durability.
- Water and Electricity Systems: Built-in water tanks (capacity 100-300 liters) or external water sources are available; sewage disposal supports traditional sewage tanks or eco-friendly foam sealing technology; electricity can be connected to 220V mains power, batteries, or solar panels.
Configurations should refer to national standards such as GB/T 26963-2011 Mobile Toilets, with a focus on sealing, odor control performance, and core component brands. The more features (such as air conditioning and water heaters), the higher the price and maintenance costs, so decisions should be based on actual needs.
