Mobile Toilet Storage Cabinet Installation
The installation of a mobile toilet storage cabinet should be carried out in steps, combining the stability of the toilet body with the mobility requirements of the cabinet, including body fixation, hardware selection, and cabinet debugging.

1. Ensuring the Stability of the Mobile Toilet Body
If the toilet is of a container-type structure, foundation treatment should be prioritized:
- Site Selection and Ground Preparation: Choose a location with sufficient space and easy maintenance. Clear debris from the ground and level it. Lay a concrete foundation or set foundation columns (such as I-beams or square tubes) according to the weight of the toilet to ensure the foundation's bearing capacity meets requirements.
- Body Hoisting and Leveling: Use a crane to hoist the container toilet onto the foundation. Adjust its position with a level to ensure that all four corners of the toilet are level and without wobbling. If necessary, add anti-slip pads or fixing bolts at the bottom.
2. Selecting Hardware Solutions Based on Cabinet Type
The mobility method of the storage cabinet should be compatible with the toilet structure. Common hardware solutions are as follows:
- Suspended Rail + Bottom Casters: Suitable for toilets with a load-bearing structure on the top. Pre-embed rails during the ceiling stage. Fix suspended rail hardware at the top of the cabinet and install positioning wheels at the bottom to reduce friction and maintain smooth movement.
- Floor Rail Solution: If the toilet floor is a flat, hard material (such as tiles or concrete), floor rails can be directly installed. The bottom of the cabinet is connected to the rails through casters or ball bearings. Pay attention to rust prevention treatment of the rails (such as using stainless steel).
- Side Rail Assistance: For narrow and long cabinets, side rails can be installed on the side walls of the toilet. Fix the cabinet with sliders to enhance lateral stability and prevent the cabinet from tipping over.
3. Installation and Debugging Process
- Steel Frame Structure Reinforcement: The interior of the cabinet is supported by a steel frame to ensure its load-bearing capacity (such as storing cleaning supplies and tissues). The steel frame and hardware (such as suspended rails and casters) are fixed with bolts to prevent loosening.
- Pre-embedding Rails and Communicating Dimensions: During the carpentry stage of toilet renovation, pre-embed rails according to the design dimensions of the cabinet. Reserve the floor thickness (such as adding 5-10mm height for wooden floors) to prevent friction between the cabinet and the ground after installation.
- Overall Debugging: After the cabinet is installed, push it to test its smooth movement. Check the hardware (such as casters and rails) for any jamming or abnormal noises. Adjust the levelness of the cabinet to ensure its tightness (such as no gaps when the cabinet door is closed).
Notes: If the toilet is for temporary use (such as at event sites), foundation treatment can be simplified, but the toilet body should be fixed with ground anchors or weight blocks. For long-term use scenarios, it is recommended to use a concrete foundation and regularly check the tightness of the cabinet hardware.
