Mobile Toilet Stall Installation Method

Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet stall should be carried out according to standardized procedures to ensure safety and functionality. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparations

  1. Site Survey

    • Determine the installation location in advance, prioritizing flat and solid ground areas. Avoid main construction roads, pollution sources (such as septic tanks and sewage wells), and areas prone to water accumulation.
    • If near the edge of a foundation pit, maintain a safety distance of more than 1.5 meters to prevent box tilting or damage due to ground settlement.
  2. Material Verification

    • Check the appearance of the box for any damage and confirm that all accessories are present (such as door locks, flush valves, sewage pipes, and sealing tapes).
    • If any box deformation, missing accessories, or damage is found, immediately contact the supplier for replacement to avoid rework after installation.
  3. Foundation Preparation

    • Clear the ground of debris (such as stones and branches) to ensure no sharp objects protrude.
    • Lay the foundation according to load-bearing requirements: A single-person toilet should meet a load-bearing standard of ≥200kg/㎡. Options include a crushed stone bedding (approximately 10-15cm thick) or a concrete foundation (at least 8cm thick) to ensure a level surface.

II. On-site Installation Steps

  1. Box Positioning

    • Use a forklift or crane to lift the toilet body smoothly into the designated position. Maintain the box's level during lifting to prevent structural damage from tilting.
    • When multiple people are involved, coordinate commands to prevent safety incidents caused by unsynchronized operations.
  2. Drainage Connection

    • Connect the sewage pipe to the on-site drainage system or temporary collection pit. Seal the joint with sealing tape or cement to ensure no leakage.
    • It is recommended to install an anti-backflow valve to prevent sewage from flowing back into the toilet.
  3. Flush System Debugging

    • Connect to a water source (either a tap water pipe or a dedicated water tank) and turn on the flush valve to test its functionality.
    • Check that the drainage pipe is unobstructed. If any blockage is found, clear it promptly to avoid future usage issues.
  4. Internal and External Inspection

    • Internal inspection: Confirm that facilities such as sinks, hooks, and lighting are securely installed with no risk of loosening or detachment.
    • External inspection: Check the box's sealing, focusing on door seams and sewage pipe joints for air or water leaks.

III. Precautions

  • Some mobile toilets may have partial assembly completed at the factory (such as pre-installed internal facilities). Follow the instructions or manufacturer's guidance strictly on-site and avoid unauthorized modifications to the structure.
  • If technical difficulties arise during installation (such as foundation settlement or poor drainage), it is advisable to seek assistance from a professional team to ensure installation quality.
