Mobile Toilet Solutions

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilet solutions encompass hardware facility upgrades, intelligent management platform construction, and innovative service models, enhancing user experience and management efficiency through modular design, intelligent sensing, low-carbon technologies, and other means.

I. Hardware Facility Innovation

  1. Modular Structure: Utilizing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or reinforced polypropylene (PP) materials for integral molding, each unit has a volume of 1.2-1.8 cubic meters and weighs 80-120 kilograms, supporting lifting or trailer transportation for rapid deployment and flexible layout adjustments.
  2. Waterless Flushing System: Employing vacuum negative pressure suction technology, each flush consumes only 0.5-1.5 liters of liquid (compared to 6 liters for traditional toilets). The liquid medium contains biological enzyme preparations that decompose organic matter and suppress odors, with a self-circulating system that can be reused 5-7 times, significantly reducing water consumption.
  3. Intelligent Sensing Devices: Equipped with infrared or capacitive sensors, they monitor usage frequency, liquid level height (threshold at 80%), and ammonia concentration (triggering an alarm when exceeding 3ppm) in real-time, uploading data to the cloud via 4G/LoRa networks to provide data support for management.
  4. Environmental Control Module: Integrating smoke detectors, exhaust systems, and automatic disinfection devices, it can detect parameters such as odors, temperature, humidity, and water immersion, controlling functions like floor flushing and toilet disinfection to ensure environmental hygiene and safety.

II. Intelligent Management Platform

  1. Real-time Status Monitoring: Displaying “In Use, Please Wait” or “Available” information through door-mounted screens or toilet status sensors to avoid user waiting or idle waste.
  2. Big Data Cloud Services: A cloud platform based on SAAS architecture enables device operation management and data aggregation analysis, opening API interfaces for third-party platform integration (such as mobile apps navigating to the nearest public toilet) to enhance service convenience.
  3. Consumable Level Detection: IoT sensors monitor the remaining levels of hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and other consumables in real-time, automatically prompting replenishment and tracking usage to optimize material management processes.
  4. Emergency Response Mechanism: When liquid levels or ammonia concentrations exceed standards, the system automatically plans evacuation routes and sends instructions to maintenance terminals, dynamically adjusting evacuation frequencies in large-scale event scenarios (e.g., increasing monitoring accuracy when usage exceeds 50 times in 30 consecutive minutes).

III. Innovative Service Models

  1. Customized Design: Offering various types such as steel-structured, trailer-mounted, pull-arm, plastic mobile toilets, and small/medium/large prefabricated public toilets, supporting customization of functions according to scenarios like scenic spots, municipalities, and emergency shelters.
  2. Scientific Maintenance Model: Combining cloud computing and IoT technologies to monitor public toilet usage, maintenance status, and hygiene conditions in real-time, providing decision-making bases for management parties to achieve refined operations.
  3. Low-carbon Environmental Protection Plan: Some models use photovoltaic panels combined with storage batteries for power supply, maintaining sensor and vacuum pump operation for 12-18 hours daily, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources and lowering carbon emissions.
