Mobile Toilet Single Stall Installation Guide
Quản trị 16 tháng 10, 2026
The installation of a single-stall mobile toilet must follow standardized procedures. The specific steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey and Planning
- Ensure the installation location avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacles, maintaining a dry and well-ventilated site.
- Measure the site dimensions, reserving an entrance/exit passage width of ≥1.2 meters and providing operational space for equipment adjustments.
- Material Inventory and Inspection
- Verify the model, quantity, and accessories (such as sewage pipes, flushing devices, sinks, etc.) of the mobile toilet, checking for no damage to the equipment's exterior and completeness of internal facilities.
- Additional confirmation is required for special equipment: for example, check the installation position of the packing bag for stainless steel waterless packing squat toilets, and verify the pit distance (305mm/400mm) and water/electricity reservation conditions for smart toilets.
- Tool and Personnel Preparation
- Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, and arrange for 2-3 professional personnel to operate. For large equipment, coordinate with a crane for assistance in handling.
II. On-site Installation Implementation Steps
- Foundation Fixing Operations
- Hoist the toilet body to the designated position and adjust its levelness using a spirit level, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm.
- Fix the equipment using expansion bolts or counterweights. Strengthen fixing measures in areas with strong winds.
- Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging
- Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent backflow.
- Connect to the water source (water pipe diameter ≥DN20), test the flushing function and drainage tightness, and press the flush button three consecutive times to confirm no blockage.
- Detail Inspection and Cleaning
- Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, and check the flexibility of the door lock and flush button.
- Clean and disinfect the interior, and place consumables such as toilet paper and air fresheners.
III. Post-installation Acceptance and Delivery
- Functional Test Checklist
- Load-bearing test: Evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability.
- Flushing test: Confirm smooth drainage and no odor leakage.
- Delivery Document Confirmation
- Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Acceptance Certificate', indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions (such as operating specifications for smart toilets).
IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations
- Safety Requirements: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work, and prohibit installation in windy weather of ≥ force 5; smoking or the use of open flames is prohibited inside the toilet.
- Construction Management: Demarcate the construction area and set up warning signs. For night construction, provide lighting and reflective strips.
- Special Type Adaptation: Waterless packing squat toilets should be installed either on the ground or underground according to the terrain; smart toilets must ensure a flat base surface and be sealed with glass glue or a flange ring.
