Mobile Toilet Shower Installation
Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of mobile toilet shower rooms must meet strict requirements for electricity connection, water connection, and floor conditions, as detailed below:

I. Basic Installation Conditions
Floor Requirements:
- The floor must be absolutely level and hardened (e.g., concrete floor) to prevent water accumulation or equipment tilt damage. While ordinary mobile toilets have relatively low requirements for floor flatness, shower rooms, due to water usage, require floors with anti-slip features (such as anti-slip patterns or mats) to prevent slipping when wet.
- For use in northern winters, additional treatment of the floor and walls is necessary: walls need thicker insulation layers, and water pipes require heating tapes to prevent freezing, whereas ordinary toilets do not require such insulation measures.
Water and Electricity Connections:
- Water Supply System: Both hot and cold water pipes must be connected, with stable water pressure and high flow rates. The thin water pipes used in ordinary toilets cannot meet shower demands, necessitating the laying of dedicated water pipes.
- Drainage System: Shower rooms generate a large amount of soapy water, which can easily clog pipes. Therefore, a dry-wet separation drainage system (separate treatment of fecal matter and shower water) must be designed to prevent pipe blockages caused by mixed discharge.
- Electrical System: Dedicated high-power cables (e.g., instantaneous electric water heaters with power ratings above 8kW) are required, which ordinary power strips cannot handle. While ordinary toilets only need a few hundred watts for lighting, shower rooms require high-power equipment such as water heaters and warm air blowers.
II. Equipment Configuration and Functions
Core Facilities:
- Shower rooms typically include water heaters, showerheads, toilets, bathroom cabinets, and makeup mirrors as basic equipment. Some models are also equipped with warm air blowers (for forced ventilation and mold prevention) and water-based sand appearance finishes (to enhance aesthetics).
- Warm air blowers require high-power ventilation to quickly reduce indoor humidity and prevent mold growth on walls and floors (ordinary toilets only require basic ventilation).
Installation Efficiency:
- Modular-designed shower rooms can be installed and used on the same day, but it is necessary to confirm in advance whether the on-site water and electricity conditions match to avoid rework due to inadequate basic conditions.
III. Usage and Maintenance Precautions
- Daily Cleaning:
- Regularly clean the drainage outlets to prevent blockages in the dry-wet separation pipes caused by soap residue and other debris.
- Safety Inspections:
- In winter, check whether the heating tapes are functioning properly to prevent water pipe freezing and cracking; regularly inspect the electrical load to prevent overloading and potential safety hazards.
The installation of mobile toilet shower rooms must strictly adhere to requirements for water and electricity configuration, floor treatment, and equipment matching to ensure safety and functional integrity during use.
