Mobile Toilet Shed Construction
There are mainly two methods for constructing mobile toilet sheds: integrated finished product installation without civil engineering and frame-based rapid construction.

Integrated finished product installation without civil engineering: This method is similar to building with building blocks throughout the process and is relatively simple to operate. First, prepare the components of the integrated finished mobile toilet shed, including columns, splicing parts, and buckles. Select an appropriate location at the construction site and ensure the ground is flat and solid to guarantee the stability of the shed. Then, erect the columns at the corresponding positions according to the design requirements and fix them firmly through specific connection methods to provide stable support for subsequent splicing. Next, install each splicing part onto the columns in sequence according to the splicing order and secure them with buckles. Each buckle must be tightly fitted, which not only affects the overall structural stability of the shed but also effectively prevents rainwater and dust from entering the shed. During the splicing process, pay attention to the alignment and tightness of the connections between the parts to avoid looseness or excessively large gaps. After completing the splicing, inspect the entire shed to check for issues such as loosely installed components or unfastened buckles, and make timely adjustments and reinforcements to ensure the shed can be used safely and stably.
Rapid construction method for frame-based outdoor mobile toilet tents: This construction method is suitable for both men's and women's public toilets and has a double-layer waterproof function. Before starting the construction, clean the site to ensure the ground is flat. First, build the frame structure by assembling the various rods of the frame according to the instructions or design requirements, usually connecting the rods into a stable frame shape, such as a rectangular or square frame, using connectors. After the frame is built, start laying the outer waterproof tarpaulin. Cover the frame evenly with the tarpaulin, ensuring that the edges of the tarpaulin completely wrap around the frame, and use ropes or fixing devices to firmly secure the tarpaulin to the frame to prevent it from being blown by the wind. Then, lay the inner tarpaulin. When installing the inner tarpaulin, pay attention to its coordination with the outer tarpaulin to ensure the double-layer waterproof effect. Also, fix the inner tarpaulin properly and check for wrinkles or looseness. Finally, inspect the entire frame-based toilet shed to check if the frame is stable and the tarpaulins are flat and firmly fixed, ensuring it can be used normally and has good waterproof performance.
