How to Install Sewer for Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of sewer systems for mobile toilets depends on the sewage disposal method. Water-flush models require connection to sewage pipes, while packaged or microbial degradation models do not require complex piping.

1. Installation of Sewer for Water-Flush Mobile Toilets

  1. Foundation Fixing and Pipe Connection
After hoisting the toilet body to the designated location, use a level to adjust it to ensure the equipment is level with a deviation of no more than 3mm, and then secure the equipment. When connecting the sewage pipe, extend the pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, and ensure the pipe slope is ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow. After connection, conduct a drainage tightness test by filling with water to observe for leaks at the joints and ensure tightness standards are met.

  2. Water and Electricity Debugging and Acceptance
The water source should use a pipe with a diameter of ≥DN20. After connection, test the flushing function and drainage smoothness. Specific operations include pressing the flush button three times consecutively to observe whether the water flow is stable and the drainage is rapid, confirming there are no blockages. After installation, clean and disinfect the interior of the toilet, and check the flexibility of accessories such as door locks and flush buttons to ensure safe use.

  3. Safety Regulations
If the installation involves working at heights, construction personnel must wear safety harnesses; operations are prohibited in wind speeds of ≥5 or near fire sources to prevent equipment tipping or fire hazards. Warning signs should be set up in the construction area, and lighting equipment should be provided for night construction to avoid accidents.

2. Installation of Packaged or Microbial Degradation Mobile Toilets

These toilets do not require connection to sewage pipes but require regular cleaning of the sewage collection tank. Packaged toilets collect waste in replaceable plastic bags, while microbial degradation toilets use biological bacteria to decompose waste. Both require regular cleaning of the sewage collection device according to usage frequency to prevent overflow or odor diffusion. When cleaning, wear protective gloves and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental protection requirements.

3. General Precautions

Regardless of the sewage disposal method used, ensure the ground at the installation site is level before installation to prevent equipment tilt affecting use. For temporary use scenarios, plan the equipment movement path to avoid damage to pipes or wiring during handling. After installation, it is recommended to conduct a 24-hour trial run to observe the equipment's operating status and ensure there are no abnormalities before formal use.
