Production of Sewage Tanks for Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
Currently, there is no unified standard process for the production of sewage tanks for mobile toilets, but it can be carried out by referring to the production principles of septic tanks and the design ideas of similar mobile toilets. Here are the relevant key points:

Material Selection
- Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Material: In small rural household mobile toilets, some sewage tanks are made of FRP. FRP has advantages such as being lightweight yet strong and corrosion-resistant. It can withstand a certain amount of pressure and chemical erosion, making it suitable as a material for sewage tanks and ensuring their service life and stability.
- Plastic Material: There are cases where plastic buckets are used to create mobile toilets. Plastic material has a relatively low cost and is easy to process and form. It can be made into sewage tanks of different shapes and sizes according to needs. However, the strength of plastic material is relatively low, and care should be taken to avoid damage from external impacts during production and use.
Structural Design
- Referencing the Principle of Septic Tanks: Septic tanks are generally divided into three compartments. The first compartment is mainly used to intercept feces with a relatively high content of worm eggs, allowing the feces to undergo fermentation, decomposition, and sedimentation. The second compartment further ferments and precipitates, and the treated fecal sludge is close to being fully decomposed. The third compartment stores fecal sewage that is basically harmless. Mobile toilet sewage tanks can borrow this multi-compartment design and achieve effective treatment and storage of feces through reasonable partitioning and pipeline connections.
- Considering Drainage and Ventilation: In the design of the sewage tank, reasonable drainage pipes should be set up to ensure that feces can be discharged smoothly and avoid blockages. At the same time, a good ventilation system is also very important. It can reduce the accumulation of odors and harmful gases and improve the comfort of the use environment. Ventilation openings can be set on the sewage tank, and ventilation pipes can be installed and connected to the outside.
Production Key Points
- Sealing Treatment: The sewage tank needs to have good sealing properties to prevent fecal leakage and environmental pollution. During the production process, ensure that the sealing at each connection point is good. Sealing glue or rubber gaskets can be used for sealing treatment.
- Installing Pipes and Connectors: According to the design requirements, install pipes such as fecal inlet pipes, fecal outlet pipes, and ventilation pipes, and ensure that the pipe connections are firm and reliably sealed. When installing pipes, pay attention to the slope of the pipes to ensure the smooth flow of feces.
