Mobile Toilet Setting Specifications
Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026
The setting specifications for mobile toilets vary depending on the scenario, mainly including specifications for project sites and municipal rental venues, as detailed below:

Mobile Toilet Setting Specifications for Project Sites
Purpose and Scope: These specifications standardize the setting of mobile toilets in the company's ongoing construction projects, enhancing the image of civilized construction and applying to all such projects.
Setting Standards:
- Landscape and Garage Areas: Mobile toilets at landscape construction sites should be placed near sewage wells for direct connection to the municipal sewage network. In garage areas, they should be placed in conspicuous or corner locations with guiding signs, with a standard of one squat toilet per 50 people.
- Inside Buildings: One toilet should be set up every four floors, with one room per toilet and one squat toilet per room.
Equipment Setting Standards: - The maintenance structure should use non-flammable materials (such as galvanized iron sheets filled with rock wool). If the landscape site has sewage pipes connected to a septic tank or municipal sewage network, water-flush toilets with handwashing basins should be installed. If the mobile toilet in the garage is within the range of a tower crane, the roof should be reinforced with bamboo mats. Inside buildings, mobile toilets can be dry toilets but must be cleaned daily by a dedicated person.
- The maintenance structure of the toilet should have exhaust grilles, and exhaust fans should be installed in projects where conditions permit. Toilet distribution maps and guiding route maps should be posted in prominent locations on elevators and floors.
Layout Specifications for Mobile Toilet Rental Venues in Zhoukou Municipal Areas
Basic Venue Selection Requirements:
- The venue should be flat and firm, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. The ground bearing capacity should meet the weight of the mobile toilets, and gravel or steel plates should be laid for reinforcement if the soil is soft.
- The venue should be at least 5 meters away from pollution sources (such as garbage bins and kitchens) to ensure hygiene and safety.
Quantity and Spacing Setting Standards: - One standard toilet cubicle should be provided per 50 people, with a recommended ratio of male to female cubicles of 1:1 to 1:1.5. In special scenarios (such as music festivals), the number of female cubicles can be increased.
- The width of the aisle between toilets should be no less than 1.2 meters, and the distance from surrounding obstacles (such as trees and walls) should be greater than 0.5 meters.
Water, Electricity, and Drainage System Specifications: - The power supply should be stable, equipped with emergency lighting and sockets (for nighttime use). The sewage system should preferably be connected to the sewer pipes; if not possible, leak-proof fecal storage buckets should be used and regularly emptied.
- The water supply pipes should avoid direct contact with the bottom of the toilets, and insulation layers should be wrapped in winter to prevent freezing.
Signage and Hygiene Management Requirements: - Clear signboards (including male and female signs, accessible passages, and usage instructions) should be placed outside the toilets. Basic supplies such as hooks, shelves, and toilet paper should be provided inside.
- The toilets should be cleaned and disinfected at least twice a day, with increased frequency during peak times. The lessor should provide a 24-hour maintenance hotline to ensure timely response to faults.
