Mobile Toilet Safety Regulations

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The safety regulations for mobile toilets cover multiple aspects such as site selection, structure, water and electricity, fire and lightning protection, sewage and sanitation, usage, and management, as detailed below:

Site Selection Safety Regulations: The ground must be flat, stable, and have good drainage. Avoid areas near water sources, food zones, garbage dumping sites, slippery areas, steep slopes, and waterlogged areas, as well as hazardous construction zones. Leave sufficient space around for cleaning and maintenance, set up clear signs, and provide a safety buffer zone. When used outdoors, take measures against wind, rain, and sun exposure, and adjust the position promptly in severe weather.

Structural Stability Regulations: Carry out foundation construction according to the size and weight, using concrete pouring to ensure the foundation can bear the self-weight of the toilet and the usage load. Use equipment such as cranes for installation, place it horizontally, and tighten the fixing bolts. Install windbreak ropes or ground anchors in windy areas. Regularly inspect the main structure to prevent rust and damage.

Water and Electricity Safety Regulations: Confirm that the power supply voltage is appropriate before connecting electrical wires to avoid damaging electrical appliances. Ensure tight water pipe connections. When there is no sewage pipeline, equip with a septic tank and pay attention to the pipeline slope. Electrical circuits must not be connected randomly; equip with leakage protection devices.

Fire and Lightning Protection Regulations: Smoking, lighting fires, using open flames, or throwing burning objects are prohibited inside the toilet. Equip with fire extinguishers and inspect and maintain them regularly. Install lightning protection devices in areas prone to thunderstorms.

Sewage and Sanitation Regulations: Properly handle waste and sewage. Design sewage pipelines reasonably or clean the septic tank regularly. Fecal treatment must comply with sanitation regulations. Clean the toilet regularly, install garbage bins, inspect the flushing system, flush at least once a day, and clear accumulated water promptly in rainy or snowy weather.

Usage Safety Regulations: Check the door lock, curtain, lighting, floor, etc., before use. Use the toilet in a civilized manner, confirm environmental safety, step steadily, close and lock the door securely. Do not throw in debris or flammable and explosive items. Open and close doors, windows, and sanitary ware gently. Install anti-slip mats in construction site toilets, with handrail heights ranging from 0.8 to 1.1 meters. Equip with emergency lighting and immediately post signs and contact for repairs in case of equipment failure.

Management Personnel Responsibilities: Regularly inspect component conditions and troubleshoot faults. Clean and disinfect regularly. Handle fecal removal and degradation agent replenishment properly. Equip with protective gear and ensure self-protection.
