Mobile Toilet Safety Inspection Requirements

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilet safety inspection requirements cover multiple aspects such as structure, materials, protection, and environmental adaptability, and must be carried out by professional institutions in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. The specific inspection requirements are as follows:

Structural Stability Testing: It is necessary to inspect the overall structural stability and the firmness of the supporting structures. By simulating the effects of wind or seismic forces, their stability under adverse weather conditions or earthquakes is evaluated. Inspection methods include visual inspection for defects such as deformation or cracks in the overall structure; using a level and a rangefinder to measure verticality to ensure that the structural vertical deviation is within the allowable range; and utilizing pressure testing equipment to inspect the floor's load-bearing capacity to verify whether it can withstand the specified weight.

Material Performance Testing: Strength tests are conducted on steel structures, plastic materials, etc., to ensure that the materials have sufficient wind and earthquake resistance. For example, corrosion resistance verification is carried out through a salt spray test chamber to simulate marine or high-humidity environments and inspect the material's corrosion resistance; a universal material testing machine is used for structural strength tests to obtain data on the material's tensile, compressive, and flexural strengths.

Protective Facility Inspection: Protective measures such as fixed facilities and reinforcement structures are inspected to ensure that they can effectively protect users under adverse conditions. For example, check whether the fixed bolts of the toilet are loose and whether the reinforcement brackets are firm.

Environmental Adaptability Testing: The stability performance of mobile toilets under environmental conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and humidity is inspected. For example, in high-temperature environments, the thermal stability of the toilet materials is inspected to prevent deformation or aging due to high temperatures; in low-temperature environments, the anti-freezing performance of the toilet is inspected to ensure that water pipes and other facilities will not freeze and crack.

Electrical Safety Inspection: This includes insulation resistance and grounding resistance tests to ensure that electrical equipment such as lighting and ventilation meets safety standards. An insulation resistance tester is used to inspect the insulation performance of electrical equipment to prevent electric shock accidents; a grounding resistance tester is used to inspect the resistance value of the grounding device to ensure good grounding.

Hygiene and Safety Inspection: This covers the detection of the total surface bacterial count and coliform bacteria, as well as the verification of the purification efficiency of the wastewater treatment system to prevent cross-infection. Regular sampling and inspection of the internal surfaces of the toilet are carried out to ensure that hygiene indicators meet the requirements; the wastewater treatment system is inspected to verify its purification efficiency and prevent environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge.

Fire Resistance Testing: The fire resistance limit of fire-resistant materials is verified to ensure compliance with the classification standards for the combustion performance of building materials. Through professional fire testing equipment, fire resistance tests are carried out on the fire-resistant materials used in the toilet to obtain data such as their fire resistance time.

Accessibility Facility Compliance Inspection: It is ensured that dedicated toilets comply with accessibility design specifications to facilitate use by disabled individuals and other special groups. For example, check whether the width and slope of accessible pathways meet the requirements and whether the facilities in accessible restrooms are complete.

Emergency Call System Reliability Testing: The response reliability in emergency situations is verified to ensure that users can obtain help in a timely manner when encountering emergencies. By simulating emergency calls, the response time and communication quality of the call system are inspected.
