Mobile Toilet Roof Panel

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

The selection of materials for mobile toilet roof panels should be based on the usage scenario and requirements. Here are some common materials and their characteristics:

1. PVC Hollow Cladding Panels
PVC hollow cladding panels are primarily made of polyvinyl chloride. They are lightweight, waterproof, and moisture-resistant, with a relatively low price, making them suitable for scenarios with limited budgets or cost-sensitive applications. Their hollow structure reduces material weight, facilitating installation and maintenance, while effectively blocking moisture penetration to prevent roof panel deformation or mold issues caused by dampness. However, it should be noted that PVC materials have poor heat resistance and may accelerate aging when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods. Therefore, they are not recommended for use in high-temperature areas or scenarios with prolonged direct sunlight.

2. Aluminum Cladding Panels
Aluminum cladding panels are based on aluminum alloy and undergo oxidation or spraying treatment on their surfaces, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. Their metallic properties provide high strength, making them less prone to deformation, and their smooth surfaces are easy to clean, suitable for public places with high hygiene requirements, such as scenic spots and stations. Additionally, aluminum cladding panels are recyclable, meeting environmental protection needs, and have a long service life, resulting in significant long-term cost-effectiveness. However, aluminum cladding panels are relatively expensive and require professional tools for installation, resulting in higher initial investment costs.

3. Color-Coated Steel Sheets
Color-coated steel sheets are composed of galvanized steel sheets and organic coatings, offering high strength and excellent thermal insulation properties, making them suitable for mobile toilets in cold regions or those requiring internal temperature regulation. Their surface coatings effectively resist corrosion, but high-quality materials should be selected to avoid aging issues caused by coating peeling after long-term use. Color-coated steel sheets are relatively heavy, and structural load-bearing capacity should be considered during installation. Additionally, metal debris may be generated during cutting or processing, requiring appropriate protective measures.

4. Metal Embossed Panels/Aluminum-Plastic Panels
Both metal embossed panels and aluminum-plastic panels are based on metal and feature aesthetically pleasing textures or patterns on their surfaces through special processes, offering both thermal insulation and sound insulation functions. They have strong weather resistance, can adapt to various climatic conditions, and have a generous appearance, suitable for scenarios with造型 (this word seems out of place here, perhaps it means 'design' or 'aesthetic') requirements, such as high-end scenic spots or urban public facilities. However, these materials are relatively expensive and require professional equipment for processing, resulting in higher installation costs.

5. Asphalt Shingles + Galvanized Sheets
Asphalt shingles offer excellent waterproof performance, and when combined with galvanized sheets, they form a dual protection system, suitable for rainy regions or scenarios with extremely high waterproof requirements. Their flexible shapes can be adapted to modern landscape designs, meeting personalized needs. However, asphalt shingles have poor heat resistance, and high temperatures in summer may cause the shingles to soften, requiring ventilation design to be incorporated.
