Mobile Toilet Replacement Method
Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026
The replacement method for mobile toilets varies depending on the specific type and components, with common operations as follows:

I. Replacement of Toilets in Solar-Powered Mobile Public Restrooms
The process of replacing toilets in solar-powered mobile public restrooms is relatively simple, as the toilets are bolted to the main structure. The specific steps are as follows:
- Removing the Old Toilet: Use tools to unscrew the bolts securing the toilet and remove the old one. This process does not require dismantling the main structure of the restroom, and the operational space requirements are low.
- Installing the New Toilet: Align the new toilet with the original installation position, ensuring the connections are aligned, and then tighten the bolts. The new toilet supports materials such as ceramic or engineering plastics, as well as types such as squat toilets or sit toilets. Users can choose universal models according to their needs.
- Time and Cost: The entire replacement process takes only 30 minutes to 1 hour, and since there is no need to replace the main structure, the cost is relatively low.
II. Replacement of Internal Facilities (such as Flush Systems and Sinks)
If internal facilities of the mobile toilet need to be replaced, refer to the characteristics of modular design:
- Disconnecting Connections: First, turn off the water and electricity supply, and disconnect the water pipes and electrical connections of components such as the flush system and sink.
- Removing Old Components: According to the equipment manual, use tools to remove old components (such as those fixed with screws or snap-fit connections).
- Installing New Components: Install new components in reverse order, ensuring that the water and electricity connections are well-sealed to prevent leaks or short circuits.
III. Complete Dismantling and Replacement
If the entire mobile toilet needs to be replaced (such as for upgrading the model or relocating), follow the steps below:
- Disconnecting External Connections: Turn off the water and electricity supply, and remove the sewage pipe connections, ensuring there are no residual liquids or gases.
- Removing Internal Facilities: Sequentially remove internal components such as the flush system, sink, and toilet, and store or dispose of them separately.
- Dismantling the Main Structure: According to the design type (such as split-type), remove modules such as the roof, wall panels, and chassis, and mark the order of components for easy reassembly.
- Disposal and Installation: Transport the dismantled components to the new location, reassemble the new toilet in reverse order, and reconnect the water, electricity, and sewage pipes. A skilled team typically takes 1-3 hours to dismantle a standard split-type mobile toilet.
Precautions:
- Before operation, read the equipment manual or consult professionals to avoid damaging components or causing safety hazards.
- Mobile toilets with modular design have higher replacement efficiency, but non-universal components require contacting the original manufacturer for replacement parts.
- Complete dismantling requires consideration of site space and transportation conditions to avoid component damage or loss.
