Mobile Toilet Replacement

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilet replacement mainly includes two aspects: overall relocation and component repair and replacement.

Overall Relocation

Mobile toilets produced by manufacturers such as Inner Mongolia Jiahe are made of lightweight and high-strength materials, such as fiberglass and polyethylene. These materials make the mobile toilets lightweight yet sturdy and durable, providing significant advantages in terms of handling and relocation. Whether through hoisting or overall relocation operations, they can be completed quickly. This characteristic makes them particularly suitable for scenarios such as temporary event venues, construction sites, and tourist attractions where frequent adjustments to toilet positions are required. In these places, mobile toilets can be promptly moved to more appropriate locations according to event schedules, construction progress, or changes in tourist traffic to meet usage demands.

Component Repair and Replacement

  1. Overall Structure and Appearance Maintenance: The main body of mobile toilets is mostly made of high-strength plastics or composite materials. When exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time, various problems may arise. For example, the cabinet body may deform or crack. For small-scale cracks, special plastic welding materials can be used for repair; if the cracks are severe, the corresponding components need to be replaced. Door locks and hinges are also prone to malfunctions. When the door lock fails or the hinge rusts, lubricating oil can be applied first. If the lock is damaged, it is recommended to replace it directly. Blocked ventilation openings are also a common issue, requiring regular inspection and cleaning to ensure smooth ventilation.
  2. Sanitation System and Flushing Devices: Failures of manual or foot-operated flushing valves are usually caused by spring failure inside the valve body, aging of the sealing ring, or blockage by scale. During repair, the water inlet valve should be closed first, then the flushing valve should be disassembled for cleaning, and the failed components should be replaced. If there are problems with the automatic induction flushing device, first check whether the power supply and the induction window are normal. After excluding these factors, it may be a failure of the control mainboard or the solenoid valve, which requires professional personnel to handle. If there are leaks in the storage tank and pipes, minor leaks can be repaired with waterproof sealing tape or special glue; if the tank has large cracks, it is recommended to replace the tank.
  3. Waste Collection and Treatment System: Packing-type toilets that fail to pack completely or cannot pack at all also require corresponding repair and treatment to ensure their normal use.
