Mobile Toilet Quality Control
The quality control of mobile toilets requires comprehensive management from multiple aspects, including production processes, material structures, sewage systems, supporting facilities, and relevant certifications. The specific key points are as follows:

Quality Control in the Production Process
Reputable manufacturers need to conduct multi-stage tests on each batch of products. In structural strength testing, they simulate rainstorm or scorching sun environments to check whether the walls deform or the coatings peel off. Load-bearing tests verify whether the chassis can withstand the weight of people and equipment. For products equipped with electronic control systems, circuit safety tests and waterproof rating verifications are required to ensure that the circuits are moisture-proof, waterproof, and properly grounded. Before leaving the factory, products must undergo structural stability tests, flushing system operation tests, circuit safety tests, and appearance inspections. Some products also simulate the lifting process to check whether the lifting points are reasonably located and whether the cabinet body deforms. Moreover, the entire production process is recorded for traceability.
Material and Structural Standards
In terms of frame structures, high-quality mobile toilets mostly use hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures, which have high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. For wall materials, metal carved panels and color-steel composite panels are commonly used for exterior walls, while stone-plastic panels and aluminum-plastic panels are often used for interior walls. The interior is filled with flame-retardant insulation materials (such as rock wool) to provide thermal and sound insulation and meet fire protection requirements. The floor needs to be waterproof and anti-slip, commonly using anti-slip patterned aluminum panels or reinforced composite floors.
Sewage System Standards
Water-flush direct-discharge types need to be connected to municipal sewage pipes, requiring stable and water-saving flushing systems. Waterless packing/microbial degradation types are suitable for places without sewage pipe networks, requiring good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. Recirculating water flushing types use biological treatment technology to purify the flushing water for reuse, requiring effective water treatment purification and stable recirculating systems.
Supporting Facility and Function Standards
The interior should be equipped with exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, hand-washing basins, mirrors, shelves, paper towel holders, hooks, etc. For ventilation and deodorization, high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems should be installed to prevent odor accumulation. In terms of electrical safety, all electrical circuits need to be moisture-proof, waterproof, and properly grounded.
Relevant Certifications and Implementation Standards
Production can refer to industry standards such as GB/T 18092-2000 Waterless Flush Toilets and CJ/T 378-2011 Portable Toilets. Specific projects also need to comply with relevant codes and standards such as the Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering GB 50300-2013 and the Design Standard for Urban Public Toilets CJJ14-2016.
