Mobile Toilet Project Business Model

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

The business models of the mobile toilet project mainly include the event service provider model, the scenic area annual trusteeship model, the municipal emergency procurement model, the value-added service model, the VIP toilet model, and the branding operation model.

The event service provider model primarily targets large-scale events such as concerts and sports events, charging on a per-use basis. The single-use rental fee ranges from 30 to 50 yuan per toilet unit per day, and the revenue from a single large-scale event cooperation can reach tens of thousands of yuan. This model leverages the flexibility and mobility of mobile toilets to quickly respond to event demands, providing event organizers with convenient sanitation facility solutions.

The scenic area annual trusteeship model involves signing long-term agreements with scenic areas and charging based on visitor volume tiers. For example, a basic service fee of 300 yuan per day is charged for fewer than 5,000 visitors per day, with the excess portion shared at 0.1 yuan per visitor. This model helps scenic areas reduce operational costs while ensuring visitors enjoy a good sanitation environment within the scenic area.

The municipal emergency procurement model involves winning bids for government temporary support projects to secure stable orders. Contract amounts typically range from 50,000 to 200,000 yuan per project. This model provides the government with solutions for emergencies and temporary demands while offering a stable source of income for the mobile toilet project.

The value-added service model increases the annual derivative revenue of individual units by providing value-added services such as QR code-based paper dispensing and hygiene product sales. This model enhances user experience while increasing the project's profitability.

The VIP toilet model offers VIP toilets charged on a per-use basis, equipped with value-added services such as fragrances, wet wipes, and hand creams, becoming a new source of revenue. This model meets the high-quality demands of premium users for sanitation facilities and enhances the project's added value.

The branding operation model treats mobile toilets as part of the amusement experience for branding purposes, such as co-branding with anime IPs to paint toilet exteriors and playing theme music and interactive voice inside. This model not only improves user experience but also enhances brand value, bringing more business opportunities to the project.
