Mobile Toilet Production Process
Quản trị 07 tháng 10, 2026
There are multiple methods for producing mobile toilets depending on the type and materials used. Here are several common production processes:

Producing a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Drum
- Basic Frame Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage drum in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Attach wooden strips to the upper side of the drum with self-tapping screws to increase height, providing space for installing other components.
- Wall and Roof Construction: Use the angle grinder again to cut an opening on the side of the water storage drum. Install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the water storage drum on top of the wooden strips to form the roof. Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics.
- Door and Drainage System Installation: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. After fixing the door panel, cut a hole at the bottom of the drum and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Cut holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device.
- Bathroom Equipment Installation: Connect a water pipe-made bath heater. Install a tee fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet on the drainage pipe opening, install the water tank, and secure it with glass glue. Connect the drainage pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting on the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Cut a hole in the door and install a fitting.
Producing a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Mobile Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet using tools. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank.
- Tank Assembly and Door Creation: Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank. Secure the outer frames of the two water storage tanks together with self-tapping screws. Cut the outer frames and bodies of the water storage tanks to form a doorway.
- Internal Facility Installation: Cut a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank. Insert a elbow fitting from the bottom upwards and cut in a section of water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and then cut off the excess water pipe. Align the toilet with the drainage opening and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall clips and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws below the faucet. Connect the water pipe and cut a hole at the bottom as the drainage pipe outlet. Cut a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin as the sink. Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install the showerhead bracket and toilet seat. Install a spray-type showerhead made from a water pipe.
- Door Installation: Bring a wooden board and fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank. Attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden box to form a door. Install a door handle on the door.
