Mobile Toilet Procurement Requirements

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

When procuring mobile toilets, it is essential to focus on three core aspects: material and structural workmanship, odor and slip resistance design, and after-sales and customization capabilities. Specific projects may also need to meet requirements for the number of toilet stalls and service standards.

Material and Structural Workmanship

Material selection directly impacts the durability, cleaning difficulty, and cost of mobile toilets. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for long-term use or high hygiene standard scenarios (such as scenic spots and large events), but it comes with a higher cost. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic is molded as a whole, waterproof and moisture-proof, and offers good cost-effectiveness, but it has relatively weak impact resistance and should avoid collisions with sharp objects. Metal sandwich panels are the least expensive but have poor corrosion resistance, are prone to rust, and are difficult to clean, making them suitable only for short-term or low-frequency use scenarios. During procurement, it is crucial to examine material thickness (e.g., stainless steel is recommended to be ≥1.2mm), welding workmanship (no cold solder joints or missing welds), and surface treatment (e.g., brushed stainless steel can reduce fingerprint residue).

Odor and Slip Resistance Design

Odor control design should consider ventilation, sewage disposal, and sealing comprehensively. The ventilation system should be equipped with exhaust fans or vents to ensure air circulation. Among sewage disposal methods, water-flush toilets have the strongest odor control capability, foam-flush toilets are water-saving and odor-suppressing, and pack-type toilets are suitable for scenarios without a water source. The internal structure should be tightly sealed to prevent sewage leakage. Slip resistance design should focus on floor material (prioritize anti-slip panels or lay anti-slip mats) and slope (recommended to be ≤2% to ensure smooth drainage and no water accumulation). For example, the Tiananmen Square project requires water-flush toilets, necessitating a focus on verifying the sealing of sewage pipes and floor slip resistance treatment.

After-sales and Customization Capabilities

After-sales service should clarify whether the supplier provides nationwide warranty, door-to-door delivery, and rapid response (e.g., on-site repair within 24 hours), and confirm the coverage of spare parts inventory (e.g., easily damaged parts like exhaust fans and flush valves). Customization capabilities should assess the flexibility of product dimensions (to fit the on-site space), color (to coordinate with the surrounding environment), and function (e.g., adding accessible toilet stalls and baby changing tables). Specific projects like Tiananmen Square require the supplier to provide additional maintenance and cleaning services and ensure that the total number of toilet stalls is ≥195, all using water-flush toilets.

Summary: When procuring mobile toilets, a comprehensive decision should be made based on the usage scenario, budget, and long-term maintenance costs. Prioritize suppliers with durable materials, reasonable odor and slip resistance design, and a well-established after-sales system, and conduct special confirmations for specific project requirements (such as the number of toilet stalls and service content).
