Mobile Toilet Processing Flow
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
The processing flow of mobile toilets varies depending on their type and scale, mainly divided into three categories: standardized processing on construction sites, handmade DIY processing, and eco-friendly supplementary processes. The core steps all revolve around structure, functionality, airtightness, and environmental protection.

I. Standardized Processing Flow for Mobile Toilets on Construction Sites
- Design Phase: Engineers design modular structures based on usage scenarios (such as construction sites), specifying structural strength, ventilation systems, drainage devices, and internal space layouts, with detailed dimensions and material specifications marked. For example, metal frames require marked load-bearing standards, and ventilation systems need to be designed for natural or mechanical ventilation paths.
- Material Selection: Lightweight steel, high-strength plastics, or fiberglass-reinforced plastics are commonly used. Steel undergoes cutting, welding, and then rust-proofing (such as electrophoretic coating); plastic components are injection-molded to avoid water leakage from joint seams.
- Core Processing Steps:
- Cutting and Shaping: Plates are cut into required shapes according to the design, and metal materials may undergo stamping or bending.
- Welding and Assembly: Metal frames are welded to form the main structure, and wall panels, roofs, and floors are installed, ensuring joint sealing (such as using sealant or welding techniques).
- Internal Installation: Toilets and sinks are fixed, ventilation systems, lighting fixtures, and odor control modules are configured, and water supply and drainage systems are connected (such as using PVC pipes).
- Quality Inspection: Finished products must pass airtightness tests (simulating rainwater penetration), load-bearing tests (such as simulating multiple people using simultaneously), and simulated usage tests (such as repeatedly opening and closing doors, flushing) to ensure no damage during transportation and use.
II. Handmade DIY Processing Flow for Mobile Toilets (Using Water Storage Barrels/Tanks as an Example)
- Basic Structure Modification:
- Split a water storage barrel or tank in half lengthwise, and fix universal wheels at the bottom of a wooden board or pallet for mobility.
- Increase height with wooden strips or frames, cut out a doorway, and install a door frame (such as using sponge strips or hinges for sealing).
- Functional Component Installation:
- Drainage System: Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe forming a floor drain, connect to a toilet, and fix a water tank (such as using PVC fittings).
- Water Supply System: Drill a hole on the side to connect a water pipe, install a faucet, sink, and showerhead (some use three-way diverters for hot and cold water supply).
- Walls and Roof: Embed plastic soft panels or stack water storage tanks to form walls, and place the upper half of a water storage barrel as the roof (which needs to be fixed to prevent sliding).
- Detail Optimization: Apply waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics, use glass glue to fix the toilet and sink, install a simple door, and adjust component stability (such as checking if the universal wheels are flexible).
III. Eco-Friendly Supplementary Processing Flow for Mobile Toilets
Some processing plants incorporate green technologies:
- Biodegradation Technology: Microorganisms are used to decompose excrement, reducing sewage discharge (such as using composting toilets).
- Solar Power Supply: Equipped with solar panels and energy storage batteries to power lighting and ventilation systems (suitable for areas without a power grid).
- Modular Design: Use recycled plastics or detachable components to enable repeated use of parts (reducing resource consumption).
