Mobile Toilet Processing

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

There are various ways to process mobile toilets, and appropriate technology can be selected based on the usage environment. Common methods include the following:

  1. Sewage pipe processing
Suitable for areas with municipal sewage systems. The mobile toilet is equipped with a 110mm sewage pipe and a 25mm water inlet pipe at the rear, which can be directly connected to the municipal sewage pipe for use. This method relies on an external sewage system, has high processing efficiency, but requires ensuring that the pipe connections match and there is no risk of blockage.

  2. Chemical processing
By adding chemical agents to decompose excrement and control odors. Chemical agents can promote the decomposition of organic matter, and the treated liquid is further purified through dedicated equipment or by flowing into the sewage system. This method is easy to operate, but requires regular replenishment of agents and may produce chemical residues, so strict management of agent usage is necessary.

  3. Anaerobic digestion
Microorganisms are used to decompose excrement in an oxygen-free environment, producing biogas (which can be used for energy) and fertilizer (which can be used for agriculture). This method is suitable for long-term offline usage scenarios, such as remote areas or outdoor construction sites. It can reduce volume and delay processing needs, but requires professional equipment to maintain microbial activity.

  4. Compression and storage
Mechanical compression is used to reduce the volume of excrement and extend storage time, suitable for occasions that require long-term offline usage, such as camping or temporary events. The compressed waste needs to be regularly transported to avoid overflow, and the equipment cost is relatively high.

  5. Multi-functional sewage outlets and manual cleaning
Mobile toilets equipped with fecal storage tanks or pre-buried septic tanks require regular manual cleaning. When the fecal storage tank is full, it needs to be pumped out by a suction truck and transported to a treatment station, while the septic tank requires cleaning of sediment. This method is flexible but relies on manual labor, and the cleaning frequency needs to be ensured to maintain hygiene.

  6. Mechanical processing
Solid-liquid separation, decomposition, and disinfection equipment are used to process feces and reduce environmental pollution. For example, solids and liquids are separated through a sieve, solids are subjected to high-temperature disinfection or biological degradation, and liquids are purified and then discharged. This method has a high degree of automation, but the equipment maintenance cost is relatively high.

  7. Flush-type and non-flush suction-type processing

    • Flush-type: Relies on a water source for flushing, requires connection to a water inlet pipe, and excrement is directly discharged into the sewage system or septic tank, with a relatively high frequency of suction.
    • Recirculating flush-type: Accelerates fermentation and decomposition through anaerobic treatment devices and biological strains, reducing the number of suction operations and saving water resources.
    • Non-flush suction-type: The bottom sewage tank receives excrement, and when full, it needs to be pumped out by a suction truck. It is suitable for water-scarce areas, but the sewage tank requires regular cleaning.

When selecting a processing method, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the usage scenario, cost, environmental protection requirements, and maintenance convenience to ensure the hygiene and sustainable operation of the mobile toilet.
