Mobile Toilet Process Flow

The process flow of mobile toilets mainly includes two typical types: the renovation process based on water storage barrels and the superposition process based on water storage tanks. The specific processes are as follows:

Renovation Process Based on Water Storage Barrels

1. Basic Structure Fabrication

   • Water Storage Barrel Renovation: Split the water storage barrel vertically in the middle to form two half-barrel structures. Install universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board to provide mobility.
   • Height and Door Frame Construction: Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height on the side of the barrel. Cut out a doorway and install sponge strips to form a door frame. Embed plastic soft boards as elevated walls.
   • Roof Installation: Invert the upper half of the water storage barrel onto the top as the roof to complete the basic framework construction.

2. Functional System Installation

   • Drainage System: Drill holes at the bottom to install drainage pipes to form floor drains. Drill holes on the side to connect direct fittings to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
   • Water Storage and Heating System: Install a plastic barrel on the top as a water storage device. Connect water pipes to make a simple bathroom heater system to provide basic water and heating functions.
   • Toilet and Sewage Connection: Install the toilet and fix the water tank. Connect the drainage pipe directly to the sewage barrel for feces collection.

3. Detail Refinement

   • Surface Treatment: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics and prevent corrosion.
   • Door Panel Fabrication: Use foam strips to splice honeycomb wooden boards to make door panels, balancing lightness and durability.
   • Handwashing Basin Extension: Extend the water pipe to the doorway to install a handwashing basin, completing the overall system connection to form an independent bathroom unit.

Superposition Process Based on Water Storage Tanks

1. Mobile Chassis Construction

   • Chassis Reinforcement: Install universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet to ensure mobility stability.
   • Water Storage Tank Superposition: Stack two water storage tanks with open tops vertically and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure.

2. Space Renovation

   • Doorway Cutting: Cut a rectangular opening of 180cm×50cm on the side of the water storage tank as a doorway for easy personnel access.
   • Drainage Treatment: Drill holes in the internal floor to install drainage elbows. Seal the gaps in the water pipes to prevent sewage leakage.

3. Bathroom Equipment Installation

   • Toilet Fixation: Install the toilet and seal it with glue to ensure a firm connection with the floor.
   • Faucet and Handwashing Basin: Install a faucet and a stainless-steel handwashing basin to provide basic grooming functions.
   • Shower System: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose to make a spray-type shower and install a bracket to realize the shower function.

4. Door System

   • Door Installation: Install hinges on the frame of the water storage tank and connect wooden boards to make the door to ensure smooth opening and closing.
   • Handle Assembly: Install door handles to complete the final assembly and form a closed mobile toilet.

Both process flows achieve rapid assembly and mobility through modular design, suitable for temporary venues or scenarios without fixed sewage systems.
