Prefabricated Method for Mobile Toilets
Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026
The prefabricated method for mobile toilets mainly includes three core stages: preliminary planning and site preparation, material and equipment arrival, and main body installation and fixation. The specific steps are as follows:

Preliminary Planning and Site Preparation
- Demand Assessment and Model Selection Confirmation: It is necessary to clarify the specific requirements of the usage scenario, including estimating the number of people, duration of use, ratio of male to female toilet stalls, and whether barrier-free facilities are needed. Based on this, determine the specifications (such as single stall or multiple connected stalls), style (open or enclosed) and internal configuration standards (such as whether to include a sink or hand dryer) of the mobile toilet.
- Site Survey and Location Selection: Conduct an on-site inspection of the intended installation location, focusing on evaluating the ground conditions (which need to be flat and solid, avoiding soft soil or slopes), space and access (ensuring there is still space for waste removal vehicles to operate after the toilet units are placed), and adjacent facilities (prioritizing proximity to water supply networks and drainage connections, and staying away from sensitive areas such as drinking water sources and kitchens).
- Foundation Construction: Carry out foundation treatment according to the size and weight of the toilet. If long-term placement is required or the ground conditions are poor (such as muddy ground or damaged old ground), concrete foundation piers need to be poured or a sturdy load-bearing platform needs to be laid to ensure that the foundation surface is level and to avoid later tilting of the box body or cracking at the connections due to settlement.
Material and Equipment Arrival
- Transportation of the Main Body Box: Usually transported by flatbed trucks, forklifts or cranes are required for loading and unloading. The operation should be steady and slow to avoid collision damage to the box structure or internal facilities.
- Inventory of Supporting Components: Carefully check all the accessories that come with the box, including connecting bolts, sealing strips, drainage hoses, ventilation ducts, electrical wiring (if including lighting/ventilation), installation tool kits, etc. At the same time, check whether the septic tank waste storage tank, clean water tank (if not built-in), water supply pipes, valves, etc. are complete and undamaged.
- Equipment and Personnel Preparation: Ensure that installation tools such as cranes (or forklifts), level gauges, wrenches, and electric drills are in place. Installation personnel need to have basic safety knowledge (such as fall prevention and electric shock prevention) and operational skills (such as bolt tightening and pipe connection).
Main Body Installation and Fixation
- Box Placement: Use lifting equipment to steadily lift the toilet box, slowly lower it to align with the foundation position, measure at multiple points on the bottom of the box with a level gauge, and use shims to fine-tune it to be completely level to avoid drainage problems or difficulties in opening and closing the door due to tilting.
- Box Connection (for multiple connected stalls): If installing multiple units in a connected combination, connect them according to the product design specifications, usually using bolt fixation or snap-fit connections, ensuring that the connections are tightly sealed to prevent sewage leakage or odor diffusion.
